  • Newly remodeled, next to running track and outdoor exercise field. Public trans to D.C. and Old Towne, Close to restaurants and shopping.

    This is a 2548 square foot, 3.0 bathroom, single family home.

    Free parking in carport (with an EV charger). More parking in driveway and street.

    Nice backyard with tables and chairs.

    Stair lift to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the upstairs. We want those who have difficulty navigating stairs to fee independent with this stair lift. There are still 3 steps to climb when entering the house.

    Split level home.

The rooms are clean. Spacious house with plenty of room for the family. Kitchen had everything we needed for the stay. Host was communicative and helpful. Conveniently located, near shops, markets, restaurants and highway.

We traveled to the DC area for a wedding. This was a Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. The host Michael was GREAT! We would stay again if we had another family event or traveling on vacation.

We had a relaxing few days in this beautiful house. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen looked brand new and was really well stocked. The entire house was super clean, the beds were comfy and there were games, puzzles and books available. On site parking was a bonus!It was great being close to DC without the hassle of being right in the heart of the Capital. Michael was a great host - check in, check out and questions in between all went smoothly. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely check to see if this listing is still available.

This is an excellent property if you are visiting the Alexandria/DC area. It was perfect for our small group. We could hang out in the morning and have coffee together in the beautiful living room, or watch a game together on the big screen TV downstairs at night. It is only about 12 minutes from DC and 12 minutes from Old Town Alexandria. A metro stop isn't too far either if you wanted to take a day trip downtown DC. Very clean, great amenities. Cannot suggest this property enough.

Nice kitchen we could cook easily. The dining room was great we spent time eating and playing games afterwards great family time together. Plenty of shopping close grocery restaurants easy trip into the city.

Our family felt right at home here. It was a perfect place to have a Christmas away from home, especially with the big living space downstairs. Also a great location to everything in the NoVA/DC area by car. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. All appliances worked great. Will hope to stay again in the future!

Michael was a great host and was very accommodating for our trip to DC for courtesy calls and wreath laying for Navy Wives. Having a living room and a den allowed for us to relax and debrief. The bedrooms were spacious and we made 3 bathrooms work for us. The kitchen and dining room was nice to have morning coffee and danish. The downtown DC traffic was a challenge but early morning commute was not bad if you allow 30 minutes most days getting there! GPS did a great job directing us through local neighborhoods to avoid hwy backups! The property was in a nice location and we found some great local places to eat lunch and dinner.

Fantastic for families

This is a great property for families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out when they want and a big family room with a large flat screen tv, room for lots of seating and games. Property owner very communicative and helpful and comfy beds. It was our family Christmas house and it worked perfectly.
