When the sun sets, return to your desert paradise to relax in one of the two hot tubs, grill some delicious food, and dine under the stars. Enjoy a game on the PS4 or cozy up on the couch and watch a movie on the Roku TV, with easy streaming access through your own accounts. No matter your interests, Ridge Retreat in Coral Ridge has something for everyone!

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features a spacious Master Suite with an ensuite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a Roku TV. The home sleeps 12 people comfortably, with the option to accommodate up to 14 using a pull-out sofa bed. The bunk room includes two twin-over-full bunks, while the remaining two bedrooms host queen beds. The shared bathroom upstairs features a combination tub/shower, perfect for both kids and adults. With fun amenities, including two pools and two hot tubs in the pool area, Ridge Retreat at Coral Ridge is sure to become a favorite vacation destination.

Easy to find and just inside the development. Nice walking path around the pond. Complex feels safe and kept up. The pool area was very nice, but their ping pong table and equipment was in terrible condition and the plastic paddles were kind of sad. Note that the driveway is very short and if you have a large car it won't fit in the garage. Like in a lot of rentals, the skillet pans/knives need replacement badly. The kitchen was decently equipped though. The bunk room was very hot compared to the rest of the house (above the garage), but a fan was provided. Great that all the rooms had a smart TV. One bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan which would have been nice. Tons of blankets and linens which was great for everyone's comfort.35–40-minute easy drive to Zion. 2 hours to Bryce. 10 minutes to Walmart and really most anything you could need. The unit is clean and comfortable. Patio has afternoon shade which is nice. Beds were comfortable.One thing also to note was that there is no door on the master bathroom, except the toilet. The shower is clear so if that bathroom is being used for showers, no one else can be in the bedroom. I was sharing that shower with my mom and my son, so privacy was a bit of an inconvenience. Not the end of the world. Also, the stairs are quite long. Beware if there are mobility problems in your party. The master is on the main which is great.Great value for the money, would stay again. Comfortable for our party of 5.

Great place in a good location

Very nice townhome. It was spacious and well equipped. There was even a garage for car/bike. The community center with pool/hot tub was a nice perk. Close to st. George, Hurricane, Zion, local mountain bike trails. Would definitely rent again. Thanks.

Great place for a small group of friends/family

The property is perfect for a group who likes to cook/BBQ and not hit restaurants every night. Plenty of room and beds. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and natural light. A nice little patio for dining with 6. Pools and hot tub are very close. Room for a car in garage and one on drive way, but there is a lot close, too. Pantry had some nice spices (although a few were empty) and small appliances. The place was clean, but the carpets are stained and could use a deep clean. Showers had great water pressure (owners need to fix Master Bath shower handle (about to fall off). Plenty of enterrainment equipment with comfy couches and a desk. Kitchen had most things, but surprisingly no glasswear (wine glasses, Pyrex measuring cup, regular glasses. A lot of plastic. Could have used a cutting board and wine opener (bought our own). We received texts often that were helpful and a call before arrival. Well-managed operation. And even though directions said to take recycling and garbage cans to curb on Thursday, someone drove by and did it for us. Highly recommend. Downtown was 14 minutes away as was Sand Hallow. Very easy to get around. (And a Liquor Store super close.) We went for the Ironman70.3 and it worked out perfectly.

Excellent Stay

We definitely recommend this property and would stay again. The house is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, towels plentiful, and the host did a great job letting us know how we could reach out if we needed anything. The kids enjoyed the PS4, the WiFi was sufficient for a variety of devices, the grill and backyard table set are great, and the community pools and hot tubs are awesome. We didn’t experience any difficulties with check in or out. It was a smooth and comfortable trip.
