Welcome to the Landing! Enjoy the beautiful desert colors of St. George; it's truly a paradise in Utah.

This brand-new cottage features gorgeous furnishings, new appliances, and a restful vacation vibe. Split into two levels, the main floor offers a modern open space, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four, and a breakfast nook seating six. The living area has a wrap-around couch and flat-screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and private bathroom. Outside, enjoy the patio with two seating areas and a gas grill.

Upstairs has two large bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other sleeps 8 with 2 queen bunk beds (4 queens total), plus a foosball table and stand-up arcade! Four bikes are available in the garage.

About The Resort at Alaia (Stucki Farms):
Located in Washington City, Alaia offers varied villages from quaint cottages to 8-bedroom villas. The 7-acre amenity area includes a Farmhouse Welcome Center, lap pool, lazy river, splash pad, and 18-hole mini golf.

It's 45 minutes south of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and close to St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Warner Valley ATV trails, and hiking spots.

The lap/sports pool and hot pool are open year-round; lazy river is open April to October. Mini golf is open year-round with a rental discount. WiFi is available. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible (fees apply). You'll receive an email with a unique door code before arrival.
