Welcome to Adventure Time at The Casitas in Sienna Hills! This beautiful Villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is truly your home away from home. This brand-new villa is in the new Casita's at Sienna Hills Community near Zion and St. George, Utah. Enjoy two open great rooms that are perfect for entertaining while cooking with friends and family. There is plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat screens to enjoy movies or the big game.

There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance from the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

10/10 Absolutely beautiful home! So clean and welcoming. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Great location! Just outside of the busy town but close enough to get what you need. Not a far drive from Zion National Park (which side note is a must see/do)!!! Also a great place to stay for the local St George Marathon! (Last picture is of Snow Canyon taken while running the marathon) Pool and Hot Tub were a much welcome feature especially after the long hikes! Our group would stay here again and have already talked about what else we want to see and do in the area!

Listing was exactly as advertized. Great location to basecamp from for trips to Zion, Bryce, Snow Canyon and Veyo Pies (seriously check out the pies!) Bed mattresses were a little soft for our preference but otherwise an excellent choice.

Clean, roomy, beautiful Vacation home

This home was very clean top to bottom. The layout was great for everyone having their own space. Loved the top floor lounging area for adult kids to feel like they could relax and hang out. Nice pool area, great walking paths in neighborhood, and rental company responded immediately via texts to a couple of questions we had. Liked this location for easy drive to Zions and Sand Hollow rec area. Truly not far from anywhere around St George. Comfy beds!

Beautiful home and great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The property was very new, beautifully decorated and more well-stocked than my house at home! The management was super responsive, and we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The beds were so comfortable, and having two family rooms was perfect for a stay with teenagers. Can't say enough great things about this visit - highly recommend this home!

Perfect location, desirable layout for large families!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this place. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, stunning views, and a short ride to Zion. We especially loved the 2 family room living spaces...it gave everyone the opportunity to be comfortable and do/watch what they wanted. The beds and furniture are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and it was very clean. Headed back again for Christmas!

Very nice townhome

Clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen had lots of equipment. Close to the pool. Adjacent neighborhood has a couple of pickle ball courts. Each room has its own bathroom!! If it fits your needs we highly recommend it!

Great house for exploring St. George/Zion area

This house was wonderful for the 5 of us as a base camp to during a recent Zion trip. It is less than 5 minutes to the I-15 freeway. The bedrooms are large with comfortable king/queen beds. The kitchen was well stocked and home was very roomy with two common areas. The patio faces to the east, so we were able to sit outside in the afternoon even with the warm (hot) weather. Some cushions for the outside seating would be nice; the rod iron wasn't the most comfortable. Same goes for the chairs in the dining room; not the most comfortable. Both of these are obviously minor nits. We did not get a chance to use the pool area, but it looked great and was only a short walk from this home. Communication with the owners/managers was easy; do note that they were completely inflexible on early check-in even though the property was empty the day before.....so if that's something you need this isn't the place for your. Overall an awesome place and would definitely stay there again if we need a place in the area.
