    ¡No te pierdas este adorable nuevo hogar privado! Tanta conveniencia de tener una casa de un nivel. Toneladas de espacio para relajarse y disfrutar de su próxima escapada al sur de Utah. No hay nada como una nueva casa amueblada con todas las cosas nuevas. La gran sala tiene espacio para relajarse y disfrutar del brillo de la chimenea o ver la televisión de pantalla plana. Divertidas sillas de puff para que los más pequeños disfruten. Hay un comedor elegante y moderno con sillas para ocho y 4 taburetes adicionales en el mostrador de la isla en la cocina. Encantadora y luminosa, la cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para la preparación de comidas y el servicio. Los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen una estufa de gas, microondas, nevera grande y lavavajillas, completan esta hermosa cocina. My daughter, Tippy and I had the best time ever 17 min walk to grandkids. The pool was so great salt water loved it! Short walk to the pool and fun walks to park with dog. Everybody friendly around here! The house had everything we needed! Blender for morning smoothies and barbecue for dinners. Great experience and my daughter wanted to live there!

We really loved staying here! The home is spacious, super clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. This was exactly what we needed at the halfway point of our 35 day road trip. It great that it is dog friendly, just know that there is no private yard so you just have to keep your dog on a leash. No issue for us, but good to know if you are a dog owner. The location was perfect for our trips to Zion and Bryce and close enough to St. George to try out some of their very good dog friendly restaurants. We highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a great stay. The host was very accomodating and infromative. The space was clean, well organized and comfy. The backyard is not separated from the neighbors, but neighbor and neighbor's dog were very friendly.

We were extremely satisfied in EVERY aspect! Prompt responses to all questions, easy entry to the beautiful, clean and comfortable environment. All rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Two bathrooms, 1 in master bedroom and 1 for everybody else. We highly recommend using Vrbo and visiting the beauty of all the canyons and God's creations in the area.

Nice place. Was clean and easy to get too. Like a previous review stated, there is a bit of a pet smell, but not too bad. Would suggest possibly having a wall scent plug in if pet smells bother you. If you travel with a dog, this place is wonderful.

Great home base

This was a great home base for all of our southern Utah adventures. We came to St George for a tournament and stayed to play a little longer. The home was centrally located for our adventures. Clean, quiet, roomy for our brood. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pool towels. Highly recommended!

Lovely home, we totaly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool were only one house away to the north. We totally appreciated the available overflow parking one house to the south, which let us keep our rigs with trailers & UTV's.I especially LOVED that EVERYTHING is marked and easy to return to its proper place!!! I mean everything!There were 2 bicycles but we did not have time to use them.The kitchen had everyting you would need and was well set up.It was odd that in a home with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds there was only ONE nightstand and lamp, on one side of the king bed. They did have night lights but if you are light sensitive that will not help (I just unplugged it and set it on the floor).We had to use the stools from the kitchen with our flash light for a lamp, and then had there was a place for a cpap machine. This also became a slight problem for one occupant with a prosthetic leg and no bed lamp. Very inconvenient.One warning, the pots and pans are dreadful. So bad that I got my own out of our Sprinter van because I would not cook with the ones in the home. The black nonstick coating was pealing off and the pots rusty. They could not be healthy. The spatulas were cheap and flimsy. They also had a baking sheet that was awful (really, these cost less than 20). I am sad to put this comment in because EVERYTHING ELSE WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!!! Hopefully they will correct these items because they are not at all representative of this beautiful home.

Great vacation rental!

Perfect house for my family of four while we stayed a few weeks waiting for our home to be built. Nice open spaces with all the supplies we needed. Rooms had big beds and plenty of storage available. House was clean and rental company even offered to come do a mid stay cleaning which was a nice touch! Pool was close with easy access to all the walking paths in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this property to family or friends that come to the area for a visit!

Beautiful, clean home near St. George

Location was great and the property was updated, clean and a perfect place for my husband and our two children. There is a park down the street which is walkable and the home is close to the community pool/spa. Very happy with our stay and the property management company.

Our favorite stay!

This property is our favorite in the Washington/St George area and we hope to make it a more regular visit. It’s a beautiful clean home with all the amenities and comforts needed for the whole family. Communication and check in/check out process was clear and easy. The neighbors were very nice and helpful with two playful dogs we got along with. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Our own dog even loved and felt very comfortable in this home. We were slightly worried when we first arrived that there was no grass in the yard and our pup was unsure of where to use the bathroom; however, there is a large park just 1 block away that is a popular gathering spot for all the pups in the neighborhood and we quickly made lots of friends for our dog to run and play with as part of her morning routine and walk. I recommend either a morning walk to this park or bring pee pads if your dog is used to grass.

FANTASTIC VRBO!!

We stayed here during the weekend of Mother's Day 2022 and found the entire experience wonderful! The home was extremely clean, well stocked, and completely convenient. Closeness to the pool and hot tub is great. We will stay again!! Thanks!!

Kind of an odd place

The house was comfortable and clean, but definitely set up as a rental and not a home. Had a heavy perfume smell when we checked in due to plug- in’s, and was missing key things like side tables in bedrooms and living room. Master bed was rock hard and bedding wasn’t comfortable. It was an ok place to stay and had the bare bones essentials.
