There is nothing quite like a new home furnished with all new things. The great room has room to kick back and enjoy the glow from the fireplace or watch the flat-screen TV. Fun bean bag chairs for the little ones to enjoy. There is a sleek and modern dining room with chairs for eight and 4 additional stools at the island counter in the kitchen. Lovely and bright the kitchen has all you need for your meal prep and service. Stainless appliances including a gas stove, microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher polish off this lovely kitchen. Out on the patio, there is a grill for additional cooking options that you will want to be sure to use during your stay.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Red Rock a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

The master bedroom is roomy and comes with a king-size bed and a beautiful master bathroom. The bathroom has a large corner tub, a walk-in shower, and double sinks. Bedroom two has a queen bed with white furniture with lots of drawer space in the dresser and storage in the bed drawers too. Bedroom three has a lovely brass bed and drawer space as well. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located just off the double-car garage.


Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

This was a great home base for all of our southern Utah adventures. We came to St George for a tournament and stayed to play a little longer. The home was centrally located for our adventures. Clean, quiet, roomy for our brood. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pool towels. Highly recommended!

Perfect house for my family of four while we stayed a few weeks waiting for our home to be built. Nice open spaces with all the supplies we needed. Rooms had big beds and plenty of storage available. House was clean and rental company even offered to come do a mid stay cleaning which was a nice touch! Pool was close with easy access to all the walking paths in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this property to family or friends that come to the area for a visit!

Location was great and the property was updated, clean and a perfect place for my husband and our two children. There is a park down the street which is walkable and the home is close to the community pool/spa. Very happy with our stay and the property management company.

This property is our favorite in the Washington/St George area and we hope to make it a more regular visit. It’s a beautiful clean home with all the amenities and comforts needed for the whole family. Communication and check in/check out process was clear and easy. The neighbors were very nice and helpful with two playful dogs we got along with. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Our own dog even loved and felt very comfortable in this home. We were slightly worried when we first arrived that there was no grass in the yard and our pup was unsure of where to use the bathroom; however, there is a large park just 1 block away that is a popular gathering spot for all the pups in the neighborhood and we quickly made lots of friends for our dog to run and play with as part of her morning routine and walk. I recommend either a morning walk to this park or bring pee pads if your dog is used to grass.

We stayed here during the weekend of Mother's Day 2022 and found the entire experience wonderful! The home was extremely clean, well stocked, and completely convenient. Closeness to the pool and hot tub is great. We will stay again!! Thanks!!

The house was comfortable and clean, but definitely set up as a rental and not a home. Had a heavy perfume smell when we checked in due to plug- in’s, and was missing key things like side tables in bedrooms and living room. Master bed was rock hard and bedding wasn’t comfortable. It was an ok place to stay and had the bare bones essentials.

The house was comfortable and clean. The location was good in Washington City. It has a nice soaker tub in the master bath. Overall a good stay with only two minor issues for us. Two issues for us: The water heater had been turned down and there were no notes about turning it back up in the check in instructions. Luke warm tub and shower water doesn't cut it. We were able to find the issue on our own. We did find a note ON the water heater about turning it up and then back down when leaving. Second, the fridge was completely empty. We have done a lot vacation rentals and have never encountered a completely empty fridge. No butter or salad dressing or ketchup. I'm not sure if this is due to Covid but it even says in the check out to take or dispose of everything left in the fridge.

Nice home, tall ceilings, updated look. It was a nice place to stay. I would add some additional coffee mugs, and a few more pans. The home and neighborhood are close to Hurricane, which was the reason for our trip. It was nice to have the garage for bike storage and repair.
