Out of nine homes in our collection this has to be the most elegant of them all. The combination of the outdoor space with a beautiful patio and manicured lawn, with the fine interior details including velvet sofas and sublime kitchen. This home is for family and friends who instill class and elegance and want the home to match.

This is a six bedroom corner home with three bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 areas to dine. 9 beds in total. Siting on a 1/4 acre with and 6 1/2 foot fence.

.The bathroom's odd floor design connects it to the only basement bedroom, but it also has a separate entrance that other basement occupants can use. Jack and Jill style, however it does compromise privacy because you have to make sure there are no visitors in the adjoining bedroom because there isn't a lock to keep them there.

The home was beautiful as pictured and clean. I gave a 3star rating because the oven was not working. That put a damper on our planned brunch. There were no dish towels, broom or mop for the kitchen. The host never responded when I reached out about the issue. Also it was described as parking for four cars but host stated their personal stuff was inside the garage not allowing space for the other two cars.Franck needs to be more responsive and helpful to his guest.

Suited us but those who think they're getting something "High End" will likely be disappointed

Franck's place had space for our whole family. As it says in the listing, one of the basement bedrooms is *through* the downstairs full bath. This worked fine for our kids but might be awkward for a group that is less used to sharing such spaces.The AC blew ice cold but the internet was iffy at points.House had *most* of what we needed-- appreciated having shampoo, trash bags, etc.No welcome binder or instructions for anything in the house. A few of our folks had an issue with the smart lock. (Quiet!) dishwasher was a bit subtle to operate.The kitchen was well supplied with a few SIGNIFICANT OMISSIONS: NO KNIVES apart from a set of steak knives in the silverware drawer and single travel knife. When asked about this Franck responded to say "might be none at the home, maybe past guest threw it out.?" which is totally WILD! Offered to ship some. Also no OVEN MITTS, both of which we missed immediately. Calling it "High End" in the listing title felt untrue in a few places-- small holes in a few walls and a very poor job matching paint colors in the living room. Last- 2 electrical issues. Turning on the downstairs bathroom light caused the adjacent GFCI circuit to trip. Once we figured this out, we could just reset it, but it took us an hour. On our second day we found the dining room lights would no longer turn on. Franck:"that'sodd the lights in the dining room dont work, they always have in the past." Neither remedied during our stay.Worked for us. Not "High End

There were a number of useful items not available: kitchen towels, knives (except butter or steak), hand towels, wash clothes, bath mats, etc. For a house big enough for 16, there were only towels bars available for 3-4 towels. It was a game to try and match the remote to the correct TV because they were scattered all over and not in the correct rooms. Vents were incredible dirty.

Williamsburg Blvd Arlington VA May 2025

This was our first time renting a Vrbo property. We are former DC residents who were in DC in May 2025 for business/fun. We chose this property for the location. It is in a great Arlington, VA neighborhood with close proximity to shops, eateries, groceries etc. In addition to the location, the property is great. The kitchen is fantastic and the patio, dining room, and living room are great for gathering and having fun. The property was clean and there is parking. If you are travelling to the DC area for work/pleasure and are looking for a nice place to stay I would recommend it.

Family stay for graduation

We were a family of 13 in town for my son’s college graduation. The home met our needs perfectly: the inside was spacious for the group and the outside was a nice retreat. I would recommend the property to anyone interested.

Exceptional Property

The property was exceptionally clean, very open and roomy for our group, and very comfortable beds! The proximity for getting into DC and beautiful neighborhood was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

My friends and I (four adults total) stayed here to see the Yanks-Nats series. Excellent location, nice neighborhood and only like 10-15 min drive from DC proper. The house was immaculate and huge! This place has like enough beds to sleep like 16 people with a TV in every room, like 6-7 total TVs. We do this yearly to see the Yankees on the road at different ballparks and always stay in a VRBO. Since we always travel during the summer, having AC is essential to a comfortable stay. We were there when the car thermometer read 106 degrees but the house felt cold as a meat locker! Can't recommend this place highly enough!!!

Very spacious and clean home for large group

Very clean, large home with lots of provided kitchen amenities that comfortably accommodated our group of 15 people. 3 large bathrooms really helped for a large group. The neighborhood is awesome, and very close (20 mins drive) to DC. There was an issue with the washer that didn't drain correctly. Host was able to compensate us for that issue, and said a new washer should be replaced for future guests. Also, seems to be some type of bug issue downstairs that we made the host aware, and he said to have pest control crew to handle this. Kids staying downstairs got some big bug bites. Overall, it was an awesome house to stay minus the 2 issues we encountered. Highly recommend this property.
