4. As our location is in the vibrant Old Town area, please expect some street noise, which is part of the lively atmosphere.
5. Respecting the quiet hours is a must. Our home shares walls with neighbors who value tranquility, observing quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. This setting is perfect for guests who appreciate restful nights and are considerate of the community's well-being. If your idea of a good time runs into the late hours, this might not be the ideal fit. We seek guests who, like us, respect the harmony of our neighborhood, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone involved.
6. Our home features a convenient keypad system for a seamless check-in experience. Please remember the provided code to access the premises. In case of an emergency, a key can also be used to enter the property.
7. The townhome is easily accessible through the front entrance, it has a beautiful bright yellow door; you can't miss it!
9. This charming historical home, constructed in the 1900s, exudes a distinctive charm and character. It's important to note that, given its age, you may notice occasional creaks, settling noises, and signs of aging such as cracks in walls or windows and doors showing their historical wear and tear. These elements contribute to the authentic historic ambiance of the neighborhood.
10. This is a two-story home, and accessing all bedrooms and bathrooms requires climbing stairs to reach the upper/lower bedroom areas.
11. Your health and safety are our top priorities! We take great care in thoroughly sanitizing and cleaning the entire space between guests, from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. Please note that due to the extensive cleaning process, we may be unable to accommodate late check-outs or early check-ins.
