"Partner, dog and I stayed here for a weekend. Big comfortable home and property was great - beautiful front yard and very relaxing. Warwick was also a very nice surprise. Beautiful! Stefanie was great and super responsive. "

"Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again!"

"This house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of eight. Private yet not off the beaten path. We saw deer and turkeys. Our five year old grandson and granddaughter loved watching the wildlife, and we even woke up to a picturesque blanket of snow. The owners were exceptionally easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Possibly to enjoy the winery next door. "

"The exterior of the home is completely run down. Nothing like the pictures. The interior bedding and furniture is a different set up then depicted. The rugs and carpets are stained and dirty. This did not meet our standards. We would not recommend it to anyone. We left a day early."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood.
