Inside, you'll find a cosy living space, a comfortable double bedroom, and a well-equipped country-style kitchen featuring a stunning traditional AGA, the heart of the home and perfect for leisurely breakfasts or home-cooked meals (in the summertime the AGA is switched off as it will be too warm, instead we will provide an Air fryer & electric hob).

Step outside to your own private garden, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind with a book, or dine al fresco on warm evenings. Guests also benefit from secure off-road parking, providing peace of mind throughout their stay.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside walks yet within easy reach of Henley-in-Arden, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and Birmingham, the cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the local area, visiting historic attractions, or simply enjoying a quiet rural escape.

This is a self contained cottage and is not shared with anyone else.

Pets are welcome but please do tidy up after them.

Please bear in mind we are in the middle of the countryside so you will be closure to nature :)

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
