Winona Lake Access With Pier

Relax at this 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex. Centrally located in Warsaw across the street from Winona Lake making for a quick drive to town for shopping and dining. Area walking and bike trails are right around the corner. This home offers all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a back patio for outdoor relaxing. One King, one Queen and a pull-out Queen sofa comfortably sleeps 6.
During the summer months use the pier (no boat docking) to enjoy beautiful Winona Lake. Property includes 2 beach cruiser style bikes and a paddle board with paddle and lifevests.

Great place to stay!

The duplex was exactly as advertised. Super clean. Great location, we even saw deer one night. Owners communicate check in and check out process the day ahead of time. Super easy. Beds and pillows are comfy. Plenty of storage space. Could have used a pizza cutter & pan, otherwise we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

CHOOSE THIS LOCATION AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Absolutely great rental! All the things to make you feel at home. Furniture was very nice. King bed was comfortable. Carpet was nice and clean! Kitchen and bathroom supplied exceptionally well, with lots of extras! Location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. If you choose this rental, you won’t be disappointed! This will be our first go-to when planning our next visit to Grace College/ Winona Lake.

Lake house

It was exactly as described and what we needed. Beautiful quiet side street with lake views. We spent a lot of time on the back deck where you have a good view of the water. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Crystal was very attentive and was available to answer any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

Perfect stay in central location and wonderful neighborhood

We have now stayed here twice. Totally over 2 months and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Crystal was great and the house is super clean and well stocked. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with beautiful views. Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home host was very accommodating and house had all the basic essentials and then some. Was able to cook in the home or go out to eat which made the over all experience more enjoyable. Very clean, kept up, and I’m a beautiful area.

Absolutely LOVED this cozy little Cottage style apartment!!! Wonderful neighborhood!! And EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! The Host was Very responsive on messaging. Got to see our first little snow shower in October. We didn't have a chance to get the bikes out this time but plan to on our next visit ! Summer would be amazing right here with lake just across the street.

What a fun time we had! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were perfect fit for our needs, we loved the espresso machine. Quick access to the Winona Lake amenities such as free, splash pad, and beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We did not come to Winona for time on the lake. We came for a conference at Grace College. So it was a nice home away from home to come back to. Wanting easy lake access would be a challenge if that is what you are coming for.
