  • Relax at this 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex. Centrally located in Warsaw across the street from Winona Lake making for a quick drive to town for shopping and dining. Area walking and bike trails are right around the corner. This home offers all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a back patio for outdoor relaxing. One King, one Queen and a pull-out Queen sofa comfortably sleeps 6.
    During the summer months use the pier (no boat docking) to enjoy beautiful Winona Lake. Property includes 2 beach cruiser style bikes and a paddle board with paddle and lifevests.

Crystal was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to inquiries and flexible in meeting our changing needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. She did not leave instructional notes posted everywhere and there was not a long to-do list at check-out.The Kitchen was fully stocked with quality cook ware, appliances, dishes, and utensils.The furniture was comfortable and in great condition. Top quality linens were provided. The back yard was private and peaceful with a nice deck and patio set for outdoor dining.The neighborhood was beautifully maintained and all of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We didn't come to play in the water and never made it down to the shoreline to try the paddleboard. We did not have time to use the provided bikes.The home was in a great location to meet our needs and we will most likely stay again next year.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay at your property. The house was truly beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and felt quite plush. It was the perfect environment for my recent business trip to the area.I was so impressed with the accommodations that I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area for business. Beautiful home

Beautiful home host was very accommodating and house had all the basic essentials and then some. Was able to cook in the home or go out to eat which made the over all experience more enjoyable. Very clean, kept up, and I’m a beautiful area.

Friendly, Clean, Hosts Available and Helpful!

What a fun time we had! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were perfect fit for our needs, we loved the espresso machine. Quick access to the Winona Lake amenities such as free, splash pad, and beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfect stay in central location and wonderful neighborhood

We have now stayed here twice. Totally over 2 months and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Crystal was great and the house is super clean and well stocked. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with beautiful views. Definitely would recommend!!

Lake house

It was exactly as described and what we needed. Beautiful quiet side street with lake views. We spent a lot of time on the back deck where you have a good view of the water. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Crystal was very attentive and was available to answer any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

Nice

We did not come to Winona for time on the lake. We came for a conference at Grace College. So it was a nice home away from home to come back to. Wanting easy lake access would be a challenge if that is what you are coming for.

CHOOSE THIS LOCATION AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Absolutely great rental! All the things to make you feel at home. Furniture was very nice. King bed was comfortable. Carpet was nice and clean! Kitchen and bathroom supplied exceptionally well, with lots of extras! Location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. If you choose this rental, you won’t be disappointed! This will be our first go-to when planning our next visit to Grace College/ Winona Lake.

Great place to stay!

The duplex was exactly as advertised. Super clean. Great location, we even saw deer one night. Owners communicate check in and check out process the day ahead of time. Super easy. Beds and pillows are comfy. Plenty of storage space. Could have used a pizza cutter & pan, otherwise we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Me and my spouse

Absolutely LOVED this cozy little Cottage style apartment!!! Wonderful neighborhood!! And EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! The Host was Very responsive on messaging. Got to see our first little snow shower in October. We didn't have a chance to get the bikes out this time but plan to on our next visit ! Summer would be amazing right here with lake just across the street.

The house was in a fantastic neighborhood. It has a pier across the street to use. The water was thick with algae and lily pads, so getting in the water really wasn't an option. The bicycles were nice to have. There were pots and pans, coffee, coffee pot and the Nespresso machine was nice. There was not enough coffee pods for 2 people to have 1 cup a day, but like I said, there was a coffee maker. There was no salt and pepper or anything food related....so if you want to cook, you have to buy every little ingredient. There was no detergent for the washer, so if you wanted to wash clothes, you had to go to the store and buy detergent. My biggest gripe was the fact that I had to ASK for toilet paper....there was 1 1/2 rolls for 2 people for 7 days, so I had to request more. She literally brought ONE roll and put it on the door. I guess I should have known there was a weird toilet paper issue when the listing said that one of the AMENTIES was "toilet paper and paper towels". I should NOT have had to worry about toilet paper or feel like I needed to ration it. It left a bad taste in my mouth. But the property was very nice. The bed in the front bedroom was pretty hard, and there was only one box fan for the back bedroom. The king size bed sagged and was not that comfortable. The bike trails were not that close....but you could ride in the neighborhood, so I felt like some of the claims were not 100% accurate. But, it was a really good week.
