"We stayed for two nights for a baseball tournament. Perfect location, safe, clean and near several restaurants. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. A great variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean and staff were very polite."

The room I stayed in had two Queen beds, a small table, Desk and Chair that incorporated a small Refrigerator and Microwave that allowed a Large Screen TV to sit on top. That's was it. "I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality.
Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner.
The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions.
Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking.
We did not use the bar or canteen...

"The staff was excellent. However our suite was in poor condition. The "kitchen" had a refrigerator and microwave. That's all. No cups, coffee maker, silverware, paper towels. Nothing. Found some mold in the shower. Ants in the bathroom... our door was broken at the hinge. We had to physically lift it to open and close it. I could go on and on."
