Welcome to Higgins Lodge! This rural mountain home is tucked away in the woods, providing guests with a secluded getaway while still less than three miles from the heart of Warren and Sugarbush Resort. This home is perfect for small or large families, groups of friends, and couples alike. The most remarkable perk is the private outdoor hot tub, the ideal spot to enjoy a soothing bath while taking in the surrounding nature.
Inside, this home is made up of three levels. The basement on the first level acts as an additional sleeping nook with a bunk bed and a cozy bed. However, it's not its only function! This space also features an inviting family room with a smart TV with Roku; a small gym section with a stationary bike, a rack, and free weights; a high pub-like table for four; a dartboard; a full-size fridge; and a separate washer/dryer.
The second floor hosts the main living area and an expansive deck. This space adds a rustic touch to your stay with exposed wood beams. Snuggle up on the living room couches and watch your favorite movie or show on the smart TV with Roku. There are plenty of board games to choose from, so pick your favorite one and gather at the dining table for a fun evening with your beloved group! A desk provides a great spot for people who need to work or study from home. The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove/oven with a range hood, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. A spacious deck features plenty of seating options, and a propane grill is perfect for warm-weather barbecues or family gatherings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
