"The hotel corridor was very dark, the room was dark, couldnt see to put key card in. Lighting in the room was bad. No light over unit where tea and coffee facilities were. Had to use my phone to see some light switches."

"Awesome, fun themed hotel with a generous breakfast buffet. Kids absolutely loved it. Minutes away from the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle didn’t seem to be reliable- not their fault, it’s an external company service and seems the drivers sometimes skip stops."

I was allocated room 440.
The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence.
Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car.
I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming.
I am waiting to hear from the nanager"

"I like that the bed was very comfortable and the room and the bathroom were spacious with a desk and a separate dining table and comfortable chairs. Upon arrival the staff was kind enough to help me with one of my bags and the Wi-Fi worked very well. They’re also was complementary tea, coffee, milk, bath toilet toiletries and a tea kettle. The only thing I did not like was feeling a spider touch me at three in the morning as there were a few spiders in the room but I did not get bitten...

"Well what a suprise this was! Years ago the White Horse had a bad reputation and was considered a bit of a dive. No longer though. The current owners have turned this into a very clean, well presented and comfortable stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous.
