The Speicher No. 1 is an old brick building in Waren an der Müritz that has been lovingly renovated to create a welcoming living space.
Even the entrance gate captivates with its ornate carvings.
The covered wooden balconies enhance the rustic charm and offer plenty of space to relax comfortably outdoors, even when it rains.
You’ll find sculptures on the pillars and railings, and some are even hidden in the garden.
Surrounded by perennial plantings, you can lie on the lawn or in a hammock. There’s also a barbecue or campfire area, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and much more.
A free public parking lot is located right in front of the house.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the historic city center and the city harbor.
A bike rental shop is just 500 m away. A bakery and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
The “Lilie” vacation rental is one of a total of four vacation rentals.

The comfortably furnished vacation rental is designed for 4 people; an extra bed for 1 person is available.
It features a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. This is where guests gather around the large table to eat, chat, or play games. The corner sofa in the living area invites you to relax. You can watch satellite TV, listen to the radio, or play your own music and view your photos via an USB connection. Wi-Fi for internet access is also included.

Two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds, each sleeping two people, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
In addition, the corner sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed, providing extra sleeping space for two. If needed, we’re also happy to provide a travel crib, a high chair, and outlet covers.

In addition, there’s a hallway and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors.

The apartment features a cozy, covered balcony. Having breakfast outside or enjoying a glass of wine together in the evening is exactly the kind of vacation you imagine. It becomes a real experience when a thunderstorm rages or a summer shower falls on the climbing plants.

The garden offers plenty of space for young and old alike, with a lawn, a barbecue and campfire area, and various pieces of patio furniture—all of which are available for shared use.
