    The Space:

    Just a few minutes’ walk from Swift Beach, this charming dog- and family-friendly getaway offers the perfect home base for your next coastal getaway. Sitting right on the doorstep of Cape Cod, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, amenities, ferries, farm stands, golf, and quaint small towns. Grocery stores and other necessities are just two miles up the road. At home, spend time relaxing on the back patio or reading a book in the fully enclosed sunroom. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled space, boasting comfortable furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. Whip up meals and snacks in the full kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the window-front dining table. A desk workspace adds convenience for remote work or online school. Spend the day at the beach - and don’t forget to grab the beach buggy, chairs, and toys in the shed - then snuggle up on the sectional while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. Keep dinner simple on the gas grill, then gather around the firepit in the yard for a marshmallow-roasting session. We loved the comfortable beds and boogie board and sand toys in the shed. It is so close to the beach and a good driving distance to Cape Cod.

Perfect setup for small family group

We had a great stay, comfortable beds, very clean, all amenities and everything we needed without clutter. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Swifts Beach Family Vacation

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the back yard and patio and cooking out. The air conditioning was appreciated. Plan to return next year.

Cozy, clean & bright!

We enjoyed a three-generation visit to this lovely cottage. Updated but still feels authentic to the Swift’s Beach community. Just a short stroll to the beach. A big thank you to the owners!

Swift’s Beach House

The location was great. Our family owns a house down the street, but it’s too small for a reunion of sorts. So this house was perfect. House was clean and quaint. Good parking. Close to the beach. Upstairs shower was a bit small, but worked fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Beach

The cottage looked even better than the pictures. It was my husband and I with 2 of my grown sons and 2 granddaughters. They loved that they could walk to the beach. And no sand in the car. Beds were comfy and house had plenty of room. Yard was spacious for a cottage. And the neighbors were very friendly. Beautiful tree outback and a very large table and umbrella. We had BBQs and a fire at night and it was nice and quiet. Our 4 nights there were very cloudy and we still went to the beach everyday and enjoyed our stay. They had beach chairs, sand toys, and plenty of towels. Made packing so much easier.
