Close to cape Egmont Boat Club, enjoy Friday dinner at the club house (open labour weekend through to easter).

Smokey (the cat) welcomes you to his families surf pad to join him in a relaxed, chilled out holiday. This quirky and contemporary beach bach is situated to maximise outdoor areas with an expansive lawn area and stunning coastal water views. The open plan sunny living area opens beautifully to the outdoor alfresco dining area. Cook up a storm on the bbq, enjoy the outdoor lights and stay warm and cosy by using the outdoor heater.

The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday cooking needs (cook top only no oven) There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and slider opening to the outdoors. The second bedroom is perfect for the children with two single beds (only accessible via the master bedroom). Modern bathroom with shower. toilet and vanity. Additional features include Unlimited Wifi, TV, Heat Pump, Heat Transfer System & Hot Outdoor Shower.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Linen, towels & tea towels supplied.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
