This cozy, 56-square-meter, non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the first floor and is furnished in a modern and tasteful style. It features a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Here you’ll find high-quality kitchen appliances and built-in equipment, as well as a traditional coffee maker and a Senseo pod machine. We’ve made every effort to equip the kitchen so that you’ll have everything you need. In the living area, we provide a large flat-screen satellite TV and an internet/FM radio with Bluetooth connectivity, so you don’t have to go without your favorite music—for example, from your smartphone—even while on vacation. With our free Wi-Fi, you can go online whenever you like. One bedroom features a double bed and the other two single beds, along with spacious closets offering plenty of storage. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a large window and is bright and inviting. The entire living and sleeping area features radiant floor heating. The large terrace faces south and is perfect for sunbathing. Pets are not allowed. A linens package (€25.00 per person) is automatically added to your booking. It includes bed linens, 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, a shower mat, 1 dishcloth, 1 kitchen towel, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 dishwasher tablet.
