The 120-square-meter Upstalsboom 5-room vacation home, sinf05, is located in the NordseeResort in Schillig and accommodates 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful, sunny south-facing terrace with a garden and the covered north-facing balcony with a view of the sea and the North Sea dike. The vacation home also features its own sauna and a wood-burning stove.

The Location
The lovingly furnished vacation home spans three floors. The resort’s spacious grounds border the dike directly to the northeast. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. There is virtually no car traffic here. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking or biking distance. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

Amenities
This tasteful and bright non-smoking vacation home features underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows. On the first floor is the modern and fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a large SMART TV (45 inches) and a fireplace (firewood not included). Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to spend quality time with family or friends after a lovely day at the beach. You can enjoy the idyllic setting right from breakfast on the spacious, south-facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a parasol and is accessible from the living area.

The apartment offers three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). One of the bedrooms also includes its own SMART TV (43 inches). The apartment has insect screens on the windows. A crib and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.

Upstairs, you’ll find a stylish bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, underfloor heating, a rain shower, a toilet, a sink, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom. A highlight is the private sauna in the house’s bathroom. On this floor, there is another balcony, which is especially ideal after a sauna session to enjoy the fresh air and sea breeze.

The covered balcony with a sea view and two sun loungers is located on the top floor and is accessible from the second living area on the gallery. Here you’ll find a SMART TV (44 inches), a sofa area, and a recliner. One of the three separate bedrooms is located on this level.

Your apartment includes a free parking space right next to the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation home and pets are not allowed. Books for vacation reading and board games are available for your enjoyment. Stair gates are provided for the safety of young guests.
