Additional comforts include an utility room with a washer and dryer, in-floor heating, a modern ventilation system, and roller shutters throughout the property.

A special highlight is the large wooden sauna in the garden, right next to the covered seating area. The secluded outdoor area invites you to relax and is directly adjacent to the spacious bathroom. The sauna can be booked as an optional extra for €10.00 per day of your stay (including sauna towels).

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official disability certificate, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
