Oak Cottage - Wanaka Holiday Home

Oak Cottage is a quaint, two-bedroom holiday home in the beautiful alpine resort town of Wānaka. Charming and full of character, this lovely cottage has all the basics for a laid-back break.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny deck right outside the living area, your morning tea or coffee can be enjoyed overlooking the spacious garden area with ample lawn for kids to play.

Up to four guests can be accommodated. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two can be configured as either two singles or one king.

A pleasant 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive along the picturesque lakeside will take you into Wānaka’s quaint town of boutique cafés, galleries, shops, bars and restaurants, and to our perfect mountain backdrop photo opportunity… “that Wanaka tree”.

Cardrona and Treble Cone skifields are both an easy 40-minute drive. Return home on a winter evening to a cosy woodfire with plenty of firewood provided. TV, Freeview, WiFi, family games and DVD’s provided also.

The local area has much to offer, with numerous beautiful biking and walking tracks, Puzzling World, and the National Transport and Toy Museum - one of the largest private collections in the world (600 vehicles, 20 aircraft and 60,000 toys!)

All the essentials are here for a quiet couple's weekend, or an activity-filled week with the kids to the great outdoors. Oak Cottage awaits!
The two singles in bedroom two can be joined to make a king sized bed. Please advise us of the bedding configuration you require at least three days before your booking so we can arrange the appropriate linen.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
