Luxury Lakefront Home with Sensational Views

Welcome to our recently renovated modern, three-bedroom home in Wanaka, with the option of an additional sleep-out, providing the perfect retreat for couples, families or groups. Situated in an ideal location, directly opposite the lake's edge and just a short stroll into town, our home offers convenience and comfort.

The proximity to The Wanaka Tree, Waterfall Creek walk/cycle track, children's playground and a designated swimmers area across the road makes it an ideal spot for a family getaway. Our house is thoughtfully set up to cater to all, with a relaxed atmosphere and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for year-round enjoyment.

Take in the fabulous views of the lake from the bar leaner in the front garden, a sunny and spacious spot to unwind. The private outdoor area features a comfortable U-shaped outdoor couch, perfect for entertaining or peaceful relaxation. Alternatively, open the bi-fold doors from the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area onto the front lawn to connect with the outdoors. A Weber Gas BBQ is also provided for your convenience.

Indulge in premium appliances in our well-equipped lounge, including a Nespresso machine. Enjoy the warmth of a beautiful gas fire and the convenience of heat pumps in both the lounge and hallway for additional heating or cooling. The home is fully carpeted and tiled throughout, with underfloor heating in all rooms, ensuring a cozy ambiance in every corner.

The outdoor spaces are an extension of the home, providing a serene environment to unwind or entertain while surrounded by the stunning Wanaka scenery. Whether you choose to bask in the sun on the front garden bar leaner or relax on the comfortable outdoor couch, our home offers a variety of options for enjoying the outdoors.

Beautiful home in Wanaka

The home is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Well situated beside the lake and close enough for a comfortable stroll into the town centre.Altogether one of the nicest holiday homes we have stayed in - well done!

It was great being just across the road from the playground and lake for our little ones (3 & 4 years) and easy enough walking distance to town to get the ever important ice creams. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great house lots of space didn’t realise 4th bedroom was sleep out with no bathroom so we didn’t use it Maybe for the price soap and laundry liquid could be provided in bathrooms and laundry Otherwise everything was of a good standard

We flew down to attend Ripe and Ayrburn and we loved chilling in this property after 2 busy days. The only negative was that the neighbours at the back on the right had a Hugh party that overflowed down the drive and continued until after 1am so very little sleep. Obviously this was out of the owners hands. The location was just perfect. Would highly recommend this property and their point of contact was amazing. She did everything to ensure we were comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay!

This house in Wanaka was a dream location for our group. A short and lovely stroll into town, and right across from the lake. The house itself is very well appointed with everything you need. It is extremely comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, great location

This amazing house was everything it was listed as. Great size bedrooms with wardrobes and an awesome open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which was well stocked. Room to park two cars off the road which was brilliant. The location was super handy to town and the lakefront was just across the road. Thank you McFarlane family for giving us the use of your house, it was perfect.

Ate breakfast every morning looking at the beautiful lake Wanaka…. Million dollar view. Your home was decorated lovely and had everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfy. We had dinner at Francesca’s Italian… very good. We would highly recommend this home on VRBO. Thank you
