Chic Alpine Apartment
- This modern two bedroom resort townhouse has everything you need. Ideal for a family of four or friends. Convenient location close to Wanaka.

This townhouse on Anderson Road is the perfect location for any time of year. Close to cafés & bars
Enjoy garden and mountain views plus the pool, spa, tennis court and gym - an unbeatable package. Professionally cleaned between stays.
The living area is generous, stylish and flows out onto a patio (or balcony) with outdoor seating, adjacent a shared lawn, garden and gorgeous mountain views.
The generous beds are super comfortable and each room has a wardrobe(s) for storage. Bathroom(s) are well appointed with a shower, vanity, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and / or a wall mounted heater.
The open plan kitchen has a gas hob and an oven, a fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle, and pots, pans and utensils.
An AC / heat-pump provides cooling and heating. Individual heaters (wall mounted or free standing) and fans provided further heating and cooling for bedrooms, along with winter duvets.
There is a laundry, washing machine, dryer and garage.
The apartment has private access via a lockbox with a key inside.
There is a one car garage (for mid-sized vehicles) and one free off-street carpark right beside. Streets are safe and easy to walk or cycle.
Guests may access Alpine Resort Wānaka's recreational facilities including spa pools, swimming pools (heated in summer, use as a cold plunge pool in winter), a tennis court (equipment can be borrowed from the resort), a gym with weight machine, free weights and stationary bike, sauna, pool table, table tennis, etc. Use the fob either on the key ring or hanging up in the apartment.
Bikes are available to rent from reception.
A spare internal door links the upstairs and downstairs apartments and will be locked at all times unless you have booked both for your stay.

This apartment is within easy walking distance to B Effect Brewery, Freshlink Grocer, The Good Spot Café and Dripping Bowl Café. A 15min walk to town centre. Right across the street is a lovely walking and mountain biking path with views across Lake Wanaka and the town itself. This is a gorgeous and safe neighbourhood with a host of activities close by.
