15 minute walk (4 min car ride) into centre of town, where it’s all happening. 2 minute walk to groceries, coffees, bars.

Longer stays welcome - spend summer in paradise.
The space
Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, living and dining room, the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the other bedroom, a second bathroom (with bath) and the garage with washer and dryer (feel free to use).

You'll find all the appliances you need in the kitchen, with a fully stocked spice rack and cookbooks for you to help yourself to, if you're into cooking.

In the living room, you'll find a vinyl player, with our collection of records for you to listen to, a TV w/ Netflix and HDMI outlet, or speakers with bluetooth for you to hook up your own music.

The downstairs bedrooms open out onto the patio and garden with lawn, seated area and dining. (Herbs and vegetables for you to help yourself to).

If you're in for a cosy night in front of the fire, bring out our board games, cards or feel free to borrow from our extensive book collection.

A 15 minute walk (4 minute car ride) into the centre of town, though if you want to stay even more local we have all you could really want within a 2 minute ambling distance...

...Dripping Bowl serves superb coffee, cacao, breakfast bowls and soups

...Freshlink is a grocery store that proudly sources only wholefoods - the perfect place to stock up on fruit, veg, dairy and pantry items

...b.social is the brewery on your doorstep, brewing and serving Wanaka favourite b.effect beers, a great pinot and kombucha. Plus, arguably the best burgers in town.

There is a walking track just outside our back door, which will take you through Lismore Park and down to the lake and town centre.

Ours is a close-knit community, with young families as our neighbours. Please no parties.
