"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. ..."

"신축이라 객실의 청결도는 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하며, 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 단, 스파는 추천하지 않습니다. 호텔이라 비싸며, 스킬도 그리 좋지 않습니다. 숙박시 스파15분이 무료로 제공되어, 잘 하겠지라는 기대에 받았지만, 숙소 앞 스파를 이용하심이 좋을듯 합니다. 그리고 우붓 외곽지(밀림)에 위치하여 객실내 벌레가 좀 있으며, 지역적 특성상 필터 사워기 꼭 챙기시길 바랍니다."

"Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never ..."
