Stylish designer loft on the edge of the Kraichgau region! This 90 m² detached house spans 2 floors and can accommodate 1–4 guests. A free parking spot in the carport is available right next to the front door. The house is located in an idyllic village; a bakery, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance. The S-Bahn toward Karlsruhe and Bretten is just 200 m away. There are numerous opportunities for day trips and hiking in the surrounding area, including in the Black Forest.

The Accommodation
The NOXi 24/7 was renovated in 2024 into a modern, open-concept design loft. It is located in a quiet area with convenient access to transportation.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are on the first floor.

You’ll have everything you need for a delicious evening of cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a fully automatic coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, and a dishwasher.

The spacious bathroom invites you to relax; it features a generous walk-in shower, a sink with storage space, a toilet, and a hair dryer. A washer and dryer are available free of charge. A pull-out clothes rack is mounted on the wall.

In the living room, you can get comfortable with the TV, BOSE sound system, and design books. The pull-out sleeper sofa can accommodate two additional guests.

The bedroom, accessible via a staircase, is located on the upper floor. It features a cozy king-size bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) with two Bodyguard mattresses and high-quality hotel-style linens, where you can relax in front of the smart TV.

All rooms have underfloor heating. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer are available free of charge. Sparkling wine and wine are available for an additional fee.

Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive use of the house. The parking lot leads directly to the front door.
Check-in is convenient via a keybox and is available 24/7.
