"If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there.
Overall, a definite recommend!"

"A lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

"Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell "

"DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund."

"From the start Marie and her partner were welcoming hosts and showed us around, so easy to get along with ans friendly. She responded to messages promptly and the place was amazing! We had an incredible tine with the family and fluffy friends. Would 100% come back again. You are amazing, thank you so much!"
