"Not a 4 star, it is a 2 at best. Got there at midnight had to self check in, and then got a text that my room was not ready. The staff who didn’t even welcome me or acknowledge me when I walked into the hotel was rude. When I questioned how a room is not ready at midnight she gave me a lecture on how to address people. The hallways and room were dirty with long black hair on our pillows and bathroom vanity. I would not even use the shower. They also charged $100 to my card for incidentals that...

"My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay."

"It’s a little ran down and feels dirty. You are able to purchase what ever you want from the room. You just take it and they will charge it to your room. Only problem is, when we got to our room there was only ONE towel(those are available to purchase for $11). I went to the front desk to tell them and they said that they were aware and would send one up. It never came, so now I’m expecting to see an additional $11 charge on my credit card…"
