Hidden Gem Near Skiing

Great spot! Ten minutes to Boyne Mt. and a three-minute walk to the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. On a quiet street, it's an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. Next door is available for booking. Our apartment is 12 minutes from Petoskey's Gaslight District or restaurants in Boyne City.​​​​​

Our apartment features a laundry room located in the middle of the building & a large parking lot, perfect for bringing your boat.

Local activities are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough, the Village has a skating pond by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the Village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten-minute drive. ​​​If you like upscale restaurants The Barrel Back restaurant is a memorable experience as it sits above a marina in the Village of Walloon & it’s a fun place to watch the boats.

We have quiet renters so we would ask that you would enjoy the solitude too and have consideration of them after 10 PM & no guests of guests.
If you have skis or snowboards please keep them in the car for the tend to scratch the walls and floors.
Please don't burn candles. Consider what foods would live a stench (like fried fish). We've found certain smells difficult to remove.

It was a pleasure staying in this lovely place near Walloon Lake. Very serene, clean and comfy! Petoskey is nearby but you can find all you need just down the street. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect and the property was well kept. We had everything we needed. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Price was less and the apartment was much bigger. Would definately recommend. Only suggestion would be that the mattress was a little soft for our liking.

Very clean, quiet and central to all activities. Heather was easy to work with and great at responding to questions. The unit was nice, the only suggestion I have would be an upgrade in the cooling system. It was very warm inside during the higher temperatures, even with using fans.

Great little stop

We were traveling north to the upper Peninsula and just needed a place to stay for the night.The directions in were a bit confusing, but once we read them carefully, we figured it all out.The apartment is very clean and comfortable.It's worth mentioning this is not an air conditioned department so we opened the window and turned on the fan and it cooled down nicelyI would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in the areaThank you!

This place was easy to find, was close to shopping plaza and/or restaurants. It was so quiet and peaceful. Definitely would recommend this location if you are trying to get away and unwind from the craziness of life. Once I got inside, it felt like home. Very welcoming and relaxing! Will definitely book my next trip here! We absolutely loved it !

Girls Weekend

It was super cute and worked for exactly what we needed. The only that we wish we knew what that there was no air. We made it worked and thankfully we always bring fans when traveling. They also had fans that helped as well. Would definitely stay agajn!
