Alpenvilla Liboria Wallgau: 220 m² vacation home with a recreation room

The Alpenvilla Liboria is more than just a vacation home—it’s our pride and joy and a place we’ve created with a great deal of passion. We wanted to create a temporary home where families, groups of friends, and anyone who loves the mountains would feel right at home from the very first moment. And we believe we’ve succeeded.
Spanning 220 square meters, you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Five bedrooms and two full bathrooms offer space and comfort for up to ten people. The spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and spending time with loved ones.
For those who want some indoor action: darts, foosball, and table tennis await you in our two recreation rooms. Evenings on the terrace with the grill, breakfast on one of the two balconies overlooking the greenery, or a relaxing afternoon in the garden—the Alpenvilla Liboria gives you the space you need.
But what really matters to us is the location. For us, Wallgau is one of the most beautiful spots in Bavaria. Nestled between the Karwendel and Wetterstein ranges, far from mass tourism and the hustle and bustle, yet with everything a mountain lover could desire within easy reach. Lake Walchensee, one of the clearest and deepest lakes in Germany, is just a few minutes’ drive away and an absolute highlight in the summer. Mittenwald, with its charming town center, is just around the corner and well worth a visit.
In summer, hiking trails and mountain bike trails start right at our doorstep. The Zugspitze region and Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within easy reach and offer countless opportunities for excursions. In winter, the area transforms into a peaceful winter paradise—cross-country ski trails, nearby ski resorts, and snow-covered forests ensure there’s never a dull moment.
