Less than 1 hour from Atlanta, this private house/mountain chalet is set on a pristine 2 acre hilltop overlooking the beautiful 540 acre freshwater lake in the Lake Arrowhead community that was voted one of the cleanest lakes in Georgia.

This property has been thoughtfully renovated and boasts gorgeous lake and mountain views, vaulted ceilings, 2 sunrooms and entertainment decks, as well as 3 full bedrooms, a reclining sofa chair, and a queen sized automated blowup mattress that together can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults/children.

Additionally, guests have both mountain and lake access and can enjoy all of the world-class amenities of the Lake Arrowhead Golf and Yacht Club, including renting or launching their own boats and kayaks on the lake (seasonally) as well as enjoying access to acres of freshwater fishing, swimming or sailing lessons at the Marina, 2 private community pools during the summer, and over 25+ miles of hiking and running trails.

Guests can also enjoy the year round amenities of a premier golf club community including the 18-hole Championship Highlands Golf Course which has built a reputation for excellence among golfers throughout the state as well as the Country Club’s clubhouse, on-site restaurant and bar.

The Space:
This lake house/mountain cabin chalet on a hill has 2600 sq. feet of private space available to guests and views for days.

Each bedroom is private and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own smart Roku TVs. Kitchen is fully equipped, as is the living room and all of the private spaces.

Full Service Coffee/Wine Bar included!

Steep driveway, be aware if rain/snow/ice conditions are present. Stairs throughout, may not be accessible to the elderly/those with difficulties walking. Please also be careful with small children. Safety first!

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the private house/garage/yard.

Additionally, guests are able to enjoy all of the amenities of living in Lake Arrowhead, including swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, and golfing.

Guests can enjoy a private championship golf course, country club, sailing and boat/kayak rental, as well as use of the 2 Olympic size community pools for swimming, tennis/pickleball courts, and nearby mountains and wineries…all within a 45 minute drive from Atlanta!

Getting Around:
Car is necessary. Hiking trails available throughout the community, but will need car to access all amenities from the house.

Boat/kayak rental as well as launching your own kayak available seasonally (not winter).


*Host will contact all guests with detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival. It is highly recommended that all guests arrive before dark and use GPS, GooglMaps, or AppleMaps for driving directions as mountain roads can be tricky to navigate at first arrival.

If arriving during winter or in the rainy season, it is also highly recommended that guests drive cautiously and have a car with AWD/4WD as this is a mountain community with steep hills/a steep driveway and weather conditions can make driving hazardous if proper caution is not taken. Please be safe!
