GG's Place in Sandpiper Village

Ocean Front home in prestigious Sandpiper Village. This single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been meticulously maintained. Large open living space with fireplace, and large eating bar. The large kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, has had a recent upgrade with all new stainless steel appliances. The beach access couldn't be easier as it is just right off the back deck of the home with a nice trail straight out onto the sand. Please note this home does not have cable TV, but there is an application to stream local channels for news etc.
No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.

Girl’s Getaway

Beautiful views, great location, easy access to beach. Bedding was very nice, comfortable living room, big kitchen. Broken kitchen fan (missing blade). Washing towels and putting them in dryer was a checkout requirement. This was difficult as we had a long drive and were hoping to get an early start. Ended up sitting and waiting for towels to finish washing . But this was the only drawback to what was a great stay!

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great stay at GG's house

This house had everything! Very clean and well-equipped. Pool table, ping-pong table and kites were a bonus. Finishes on the furniture and cabinets are gently worn but not a problem. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that should be added is more information about the area: points of interest, restaurants, etc. We are from the East Coast and could have used more direction on local attractions.

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

Family bday

Place was clean and good but the there was no main light for the kitchen. The light bulb was burnt out so we had little lighting in the kitchen for the weekend. The bedroom door can be upgraded since the veneer was peeling off and the door was very hard to close.

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great house!

We had a great stay at GG’s Place!! The house was very clean except for a few cob webs we swept off the ceiling / no biggie. 2 master en suites and another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom you can close off to the hall which made a 3rd en suite. Perfect house for 3 couples! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but needed to buy garbage bags. Now for the views! OUTSTANDING! And the private walk to the beach was perfect and really only a few steps long! We will definitely stay here again!

Unmatched Views!

This house had the best view and beach access!! We had my aunt who is wheelchair bound and it was easy to get her chair around the house without having to carry her from place to place which was a real plus! The ONLY down side was that the doors to the bedrooms don’t latch super great so or the exterior door for that matter, the exterior doors would latch but not without som actual effort. It also had a lot of cleaning fees, which would not have been an issue except you are also asked to clean the house and have at least one load of laundry going preferably finished before 11am check out. We were able to accomplish all of this it just felt a little icky when we were charge the cleaning fees regardless. Other than those two things this house is a literal DREAM!!!❤️

Amazing views of the ocean from multiple vantage points. Yard leading to the beach is perfect for a dog. The house is quite comfortable. We will be staying again.

Picture Perfect

The front windows made the ocean look like a oil painting. Walked to the ocean waves out the back door, in 3 minutes. Well appointed and had almost everything we needed. The gravy boat was a nice surprise. A tad dusty and worn - but, I would highly recommend.

So peaceful!

Beautiful house with a wonderful view! Brought a lot of peace to our family! Be careful when walking barefoot in the grass because there are a ton of barbed pokey things all over! The beach was quiet and the sunsets were stunning! My family have already voted to stay here again!

September's Spectacular Solitude

GG's was a great home for our family of five adults to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. Very relaxing, quiet, spacious, lots of things to do as far as games, walking on the beach, etc. We all rated the home a solid 9 out of 10. We cooked all our meals, (4 nights) except for one, and our only suggestion is to get knobs on the kitchen cabinets/drawers.

Beyond our expectations

We had an amazing experience and stay at Gigi’s place. The house was incredible, very clean and stocked with tons of things!! The views are breathtaking and you literally step out and are surrounded by the ocean. We all had such a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!
