Driftwood Loft ~ Seal Rock

  • Driftwood Loft es un lugar aislado y acogedor, perfecto para esa escapada romántica. Ubicado al final de una calle sin salida, este dormitorio, un baño, tiene las vistas m��s espectaculares de Driftwood Beach y North Seal Rock. Disfrute viendo las tormentas de invierno y las altas mareas costeras desde el punto de vista seguro y la comodidad de Driftwood Loft. Desde esta casa se pueden ver fácilmente muchos tipos de aves marinas locales y migratorias, así como focas de puerto y ballenas, durante sus temporadas de migración. Acceso directo a la playa desde un camino en frente de la casa, aunque algo empinado. (Se proporciona cuerda de mano para su seguridad). Cocina completamente equipada con espacio para comer en la mesa y el bar, todos los electrodomésticos, que incluyen lavadora y secadora. TV / DVD en la sala de estar que también tiene un sofá cama doble. El dormitorio también tiene un televisor y tiene vistas desde la ventana orientada al norte del océano. Beautiful beach

We stayed here and enjoyed the smartly appointed furniture and decorations. This was the perfect size for a couple. The beach access was great. Just be careful on the trail to the ocean, it’s slippery when wet. Fun shell hunting to the north.

40th anniversary getaway

Been coming to the Coast almost every year for previous family Vacations which included Anniversary celebrations and this VRBO rental was the best place we've been to! Only my spouse and I this time but we'll be back with our 2 sons next time, they love coming to the coast as well. Thanks for a wonderful memory!

Amazing views and location!

My daughter and I took a quick adventure to the Oregon Coast. The home sits on a private lane and offers amazing views and direct access to the beach. The trail to the beach is a bit rough, but convenient. Home was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Lovely and private with gorgeous ocean views. So many places to visit in the area. The added electric fireplace is a nice touch. I appreciate the telescope! Watched a bald eagle and its fledgling down on the beach and sea lions playing in the water. Super clean and well cared for home. Only suggestions I could come up with is to consider replacing the shower curtain as it’s hard to move where the hooks fall off. Kitchen spatulas should be replaced. I’ll be back. Can’t wait to plan my next trip!

Only issue is you pay more to rent this on Vrbo because it is actually handled by a local company. If you rent directly from the local company it’s less.

We instantly opened the windows and enjoyed the sound of the waves. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. Everything was clean and orderly, with a well stocked kitchen. Also lots of comfortable living room seating, with plenty of big windows so you can watch the waves while you sip your morning coffee. I will definitely book again, best place I’ve stayed on the coast hands down!

Entering this beach house was just like walking into a lovely private home, with tasteful art and furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and a personal library worth an extended stay in it's own right. Everything was immaculate. The only design flaw was a less than perfect window over the ocean, with a television and a wall residing in the corner that would have provided the best sitting view of the beach and surf.

It is our absolute favorite place on the Oregon Coast and we will keep coming until we can't climb the stairs! Ocean Odyssey is a joy to work with. The home is always clean and ready for us as promised. For us, it is the perfect escape from the heat and wildfire smoke and dangers of the high desert. We love Driftwood Loft!

Perfect

We have been coming to this part of the Oregon coast once a year for over 20 years. Usually with family in tow. This year we decided to make it our wedding anniversary trip with just me and my husband. The property was perfect! We ranked it in our top 3 properties we've stayed in. The beach access is easier that other reviewers noted and it's great that you can walk north to Seal Rock or south to Waldport. Whales weren't as plentiful as we've had, but we saw some. We will definately look at this property for future trips.
