    Nuestro condominio es directa al mar, frente a la playa!

    ¡No puedes estar más cerca del océano que nuestro condominio! El pueblo de Maalaea es una joya por su ubicación central y sus fantásticos vientos alisios. Proporcionan una brisa refrescante que mantiene las temperaturas correctas. Tenemos aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, un aire acondicionado portátil arriba. En caso de que la brisa cruzada en la unidad no sea suficiente para usted, hay ventiladores de techo en el dormitorio principal y en el desván y un ventilador de piso en el segundo dormitorio. Tenga en cuenta que el segundo dormitorio de arriba no tiene ventanas. También tiene techos bajos e inclinados, por lo que es más adecuado para una habitación de niños.

    Desde el lanai, mire hacia afuera y vea la salida del sol sobre Haleakala. Observa cómo las tortugas marinas verdes se mueven hacia el aire y ruedan en las olas. En los meses de invierno (noviembre-abril) tendrá un asiento de primera fila para atrapar ballenas.

    Hermosos jardines con una piscina climatizada. Sumérgete en la piscina y disfruta de la vista al mar mientras te relajas bajo el sol de Maui.

    La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, licuadora y todos los otros suministros básicos para disfrutar cómodamente cocinando y comiendo. También hay una gran área de barbacoa frente al mar para que pueda disfrutar de la vista mientras prepara una deliciosa comida.

    Al final de nuestro callejón sin salida está Sugar Beach, a 3-4 minutos a pie de la unidad.

    Un paseo de 5 minutos en la dirección opuesta lo lleva al puerto de Maalaea, donde encontrará una pequeña tienda de comestibles, una tienda de delicatessen, un mercado de artesanías, restaurantes y el Centro Oceánico de Maui (la atracción turística número 1 de Maui), la Fundación de la Ballena del Pacífico, minigolf, compras y la mayoría de las actividades oceánicas disponibles en Maui (cruceros con cena al atardecer, pesca en alta mar, tours de snorkeling y observación de ballenas).

    Con una ubicación céntrica, Maalaea es un lugar de estancia que hace que sea fácil llegar a cualquier lugar de la isla. Estarás a 15 minutos del aeropuerto; a 5 minutos en coche al sur de Kihei y un poco más lejos, los centros turísticos de Wailea; y 20 minutos a Lahaina. No podría estar en una ubicación mejor para explorar todo lo que Maui tiene para ofrecer.

Perfect location to go anywhere in Maui. Great view of the ocean and molokini. We joked about having a million dollars view! We saw some whales in the distance one morning. House is fully equipped. Melanie is super attentive and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place had everything we needed to cook, and all the essentials to play on the beach. The view was amazing, and loved seeing all the whales from the lanai, and the turtles on the little beach every evening. Good trade winds through the condo, rarely used the AC.

Great time in maui!

Great place amazing views. Just enough room for 5.Only minor complaints were the 3rd bedroom is very hot and the washer and dryer made our clothes smell moldy but other than that it’s an amazing place to stay.

Amazing Stay

The location was great during the day and quiet at the evening. It was centrally located of anywhere we went to during our stay. I would definitely come again.

Location

First time to Maui and this was a great central location as we ventured out each day, plus it was walking distance to the harbor where we did a couple of tours. View from the balcony was exactly what I wanted for our stay on the island and having 3 separate sleeping spaces worked well for our family.

There are many places to stay along this stretch of beach, but this is the best. Great view, pool, jacuzzi,location and even turtles! We had a group of turtles that visited us almost everyday, it was great to see them bobbing in the surf or just sunning on the beach.

Our family had so much fun. Great location. We could watch whales and turtles from the balcony. Great beds. Host supplied everything needed for a great trip with everything thought out and labeled.

Great central location w/ helpful extras.

Great location in Maalaea, short drive to everything. The place accommodated our needs perfectly. Loved that there were beach chairs and towels, umbrellas and a cooler to use.

awesome family time

Melanie's condo was fabulous! My family and I had such an amazing time at the condo! The views from the lanai were perfect! As soon as we can come back to Maui, we would love to stay at this condo! Very clean place!

Very quiet property which we loved! There was hardly anyone around the whole week which made it so relaxing for us!! The location was perfect and made for an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The balcony had an incredible view of the ocean!! The owner was prompt in responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Great stay. The property was as advertised with a very communicative owner. Great A/C kept us cool each night except the attic room. The attic room bed was a little too solid as well. But overall a great stay, great location, great amenities.

Central Location

This rental is great if you are looking for a central location to explore multiple areas of the island but would like to come back to a quiet condo. The view from the lanai is fantastic and we enjoyed watching the turtles. If you are traveling soon, please note that the elevator listed under accessibility is currently being replaced and you will need to use the stairs to get to the top floor.

Maui Group Vacay

Lovely, well appointed apartment in a great location, on the water with beach access (so many turtles!) We watched dozens of whales every morning with our morning coffee from the balcony. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc were great to have for beach days. Highly recommend.

Amazing Maalaea Stay

Our family had a wonderful time at Melanie's property. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view was our favorite part! We saw see turtles from the balcony and up close almost everyday. The location was incredible as well. The condo is in close proximity to a lot of amazing beaches and restaurants on the island. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to stay in Maui. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great times!

This place was great! If it lacks anything it might be the size but for 4 of us it was comfortable. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The view is extraordinary, and we would see 10-15 turtles every day from about noon to sunset. We were within walking distance to where all the boat tours seem to come out of, a couple good restaurants and the aquarium as well. The host was fantastic as well and the check in process is super easy. This was a fun place to stay for sure, so enjoy Maui.

Breathtaking and Relaxing

It was a real treat to stay at this property. It is well appointed, I was excited to see they even had an Instant Pot for my morning oatmeal! Everything was as it was stated in the description. We loved seeing the turtles on the beach, and watching the whales from the lenai. Everything worked and we never had to use the A/C once. It was not only a breathtaking view it was a relaxing place to stay! We hope to stay there in the future.

"Location, Location, Location"

Loved our stay! Excellent communication with the host (a big plus). Home as described with outstanding views (and good wifi). Loved watching the sun rise and set, and seeing the whales in the distance and the turtles that rested on shore each night. The home was a great space for my family of 4 adults. Easy walking distance to the harbor and the beach. The best thing was the location. Quiet, low traffic area with easy access to the entire island. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends traveling to Maui. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo property. While the condo complex itself is older, inside the unit is completely redone and is very nice. Great bathroom and kitchen that have been redone. Two king beds was great especially for my teen and pre-teen that after we stayed in a cramped hotel the two nights prior. The location is really nice to the harbor where you can take rides to see Molokini Crater (we did this it was fantastic) or go to other activities. Communication was great, check in was super easy. Overall was really good experience.

good but careless

It was nice condo. I liked the location. When we check in, the number of the key to open the door was wrong. It took hours to enter the condo. It was nightmare !
