Turtles, sunrises, and harbor viewing from the lanai with a breathtaking 180 degree panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living area, master and guest bedrooms. Lounge on the lanai while taking in Maui's beautiful tranquil beauty. Enjoy walking or running along miles of white sandy beach, or swimming with the turtles in the ocean.
Walk to the Maui Ocean Center (a favorite Hawaiian attraction). If you like to snorkel, scuba dive, snuba, or sport fishing, then take one of the several excursions that leave the harbor daily. The sunset dinner cruise is always a great romantic way to start the evening.
There is so much to do within walking distance and even more with Maalaea being centrally located, it makes for the best Maui vacation experience.

Perfect Maui vacay!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this gorgeous ocean view condo in Maui. The view alone is reason enough to book! But what made it truly exceptional was how well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed the space was.The kitchen had everything, from full cookware sets to little extras you don’t realize you need until you’re cooking on vacation. The in-unit washer and dryer were also a game changer, especially with the humid weather and sandy beach clothes/towels.One of our favorite surprises was the well-stocked closet filled with beach gear and snorkeling equipment. From chairs and umbrellas to fins, masks, and even coolers, it was all there. It made beach days easy, and saved us the hassle (and expense) of renting or buying gear. What really stood out, though, was the incredible communication from our host, Tanci. When unexpected tsunami threats hit during our trip, she stayed in close contact, kept us informed with calm, clear guidance, and made sure we felt safe. As a midwesterner by way of CA, I’m only used to tornado and earthquake drills . Tsunami threats are completely out of my element! Her responsiveness and care made all the difference and helped us stay grounded throughout the evacuation.This VRBO is not just a beautiful place to stay, it’s a space where you’ll feel truly taken care of. We’d return in a heartbeat.

There aren’t enough good things to say! Tanci is the best host I’ve ever stayed with. She was so responsive and proactive. The condo is well appointed and super comfortable. Location is perfectly situated in central south Maui - easy access to everything. I had a magical stay here and cannot wait to come back!

Great Place for a vacation or work on Maui!

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo! If you’re coming for a beach visit Tanci has you covered with everything you could possibly need from chairs, boogie boards, and so much more so your family will have a blast at the beach! The location could not have been better! You are right by Maalaea Harbor in the Maui ocean Center! You’re also within a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to Walmart and other stores as well as Kahului and Wailuku. You’re also 30 minutes from Paia and an easy 40 minute drive to Lahaina.The condo itself has a great view of Haleakala, which is beautiful at both sunrise and sunset. The beach, which is just a quick walk from the condo, is not quite as busy as others on the island, which is nice.This was a great stay and would recommend renting from Tanci again in the future!

Everything You Need For A Great Holiday

Our stay at this condo was perfect! We watched whales from the balcony every morning and turtles in the afternoon. The condo itself had everything we needed for a perfect stay - beach equipment (snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs coolers and a very convenient wagon) a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, great water pressure in the shower, large washer & dryer etc. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was heated and we rarely saw anyone else there. The BBQ's were new, clean and easy to use. We felt very safe inside the condo and walking around the area. There is a small shopping centre 2 minutes away (walking) and a few nice restaurants. There are several gorgeous beaches within a short drive and a small fairly private beach in front of the condo (which you can see from the balcony). Tanci was absolutely fantastic about getting back to us. I had many questions and asked for recommendations which she was happy to provide. (take her advice!)We (2 adults and 2 tweens) were very happy with this condo and highly recommend it.

Location location location!

Great condo centrally located in Maui with beautiful ocean view. This condo has everything you could need and more! It is truly home away from home with washer dryer dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, lanai in front of the ocean, a/c, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. A quiet area.

Wonderful lovation

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Tanci is easy to work with, a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions I had. The property has a fantastic view and is close to the harbor so very convenient for walking and excursions. The unit was so well equipped so we never wanted for anything. It was such a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

We stayed in this condo because we generally prefer to stay away from the resort towns. We like staying in houses/condos in smaller towns. The house was well stocked and the market was a quick drive. The views from this condo were wonderful and the breeze kept us cool. We dipped in the pool or walked (2 minutes) to nearby beach and the Ocean Center. We were there during the Maui fires but we were safe and maintained communication with the host. The condo was better than the pictures and perfect for our family.

Lovely condo with great views of the ocean throughout

This condo was everything we wanted - views of the ocean from every room and the lanai, a nice pool with ocean view, well-stocked, updated, central location on Maui. Good communication from host. The area is not in a hotbed of tourist activity (a bonus in my opinion) and there’s no beach out front, but there’s beach access down the street, and an easy drive to many other stellar Maui beaches. I would definitely book this condo if we visit Maui again.

Highly Recommended....Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat!

Our stay here was amazing and we would highly recommend it for anyone! The property was roomy, decorated beautifully, and meticulously maintained. We were blown away how the owner stocked the home with virtually every amenity that might be needed. Also, when I had a question about something, Tanci's responses were fast and extremely helpful. I've stayed at many VRBO properties and she was, by far, the most caring in doing whatever she could to ensure her customers enjoyed their stay. Finally, the view from the balcony was simply amazing and the location of the property was a great balance of being close to everything yet still peaceful and quiet. My wife and I, and our two teens, simply had a wonderful time!

Best Vacation Ever!

It was everything we hoped it would be. And more! The property was in the perfect location. And just as described in listing. I our case, It was 15-20 from everything we wanted to do. Except Hana of course. Lol. Plus we had turtles to greet us every morning. WHEN we come back to Maui, we hope the listing is available. The list of things to do given by the wonderful host, we're spot on. Highly recommend this property. Wish we could have stayed more days. Mahalo!

Perfect location, beautiful propery; it made paradise feel even more like paradise!

From my last-minute booking until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. The condo is amazingly well appointed with even items to play outside stocked and ready for you and your family to use. It made it easier when you're thinking about, "where am I going to rent that mask and snorkel from so I can go see the fish?" ... just look right in the closet and it's there, along with beach chairs and everything else. I've never stayed in a VRBO / vacation rental that ever went to so much thought about what their guests may need, but this property definitely does! Oh, and don't forget the BOOK of information that the owner has compiled for you about things to do in the area, it's expansive and very well organized, it made it easy to answer the question, "what do you want to do today?", even though our plans were already packed pretty tight there were loads of wonderful suggestions. I almost forgot, you have to check out the view, it's incredible! Facing southeast you get the beautiful morning sunrises and in the afternoon you have the view of the southern / eastern coastlines of Maui and also Molokini Crater without the sun blaring in your face. Final note, if you are staying at the property in the future, please say hello to our sea turtle buddies for us! Every day from 3 to 5 in the afternoon we would sit on the lanai, enjoy an afternoon cocktail, and watch the sea turtles as they came in close to enjoy the kelp buffet growing from the rocks in the water directly in front of the condo's balcony ... it was an amazing sight!

Amazing first time to Hawaii! 🌊👙🌺🌈🐢

Every year in October, my best friend and I go somewhere for her birthday. Tanci was an amazing host & was very easy to reach with any questions we had. The views from the condo are breathtaking and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was so peaceful. We wanted to see turtles and there were always a bunch right outside of the condo by the rocks every afternoon! The condo is the best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. The closet in the guest room has everything you need for snorkeling or beach days including coolers, beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with a coffee pot, blender, tons of dishes, Ziploc bags & wine stopper! :) We love our stay here and if we ever return, we will be staying here!

Wonderful Experience

The condo was perfect for our group. The location is convenient to to both Kihei and Lahaina. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the lenai watching the waves roll in and enjoying the breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

This condo has beautiful ocean views that you can see from every room. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves. The location of this condo is very central- about 15 minutes to Kihei or the airport. The condo is also nicely stocked with supplies. A nice beach supply was available that includes chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys and more. There was a nice TV with plenty of movies to watch (which we didn't use because we were on vacation). There are plenty of board games and books to use as well. Most importantly Traci is very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. We highly recommend this condo!
