You can be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.

Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The resort features an oceanfront pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Property Improvements. Posted 9/28/26: Lauloa Walkway Repairs. Project dates 5/3-6/14/27. Scope of project: grinding the walkways down to the bare concrete (removing approximately nine layers of paint) and applying a new base coat. The final top layer will be applied during the evening and night to prevent foot traffic, and it will require a 24-hour cure time. 1st floor 5/24/27, 2nd floor 5/17/27, 3rd floor 5/10/27, 4th floor 5/3/27. Staircase 1 6/1/27, Staircase 2 6/7/27, Staircase 3 6/14/27.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
