Ubicado frente a la playa, junto al pintoresco puerto de Maalaea, esta propiedad tiene un tramo de playa de arena suave y un arrecife de snorkel vibrante justo enfrente. Observe las tortugas y ballenas (en temporada) serpenteando y disfrute de un refrescante baño de agua dulce en la piscina frente al océano.

Con una ubicación ideal y central entre Kihei y Lahaina, esta propiedad crea una experiencia totalmente inmersiva en el océano, a pasos del ascensor. El condominio cuenta con cable, aire acondicionado y Wi-Fi, una cocina preparada para preparar y servir tu banquete tropical privado y un lanai para saborear las legendarias puestas de sol de Maui, o simplemente relajarte al ritmo del océano. We had a great stay. The location is wonderful with a great view from Lanai. We plan to come back to Maui again in 2 years and will be staying at this location again !!Big shout out to Jace, Ian, Jake (the maintenance guy) and Tom (the property manager). Jace accommodated our son's college interview time. Ian provided us the extra blankets. Jake was wonderful in fixing the toilet on time and Tom let me borrow his allen wrench to unjam the garbage disposal.

Wonderful views and ocean sounds

We had a great stay, loved the balcony! The second bedroom is actually upstairs in the loft open area so there is no privacy, please note! There is very nice local beach and park for morning runs just minutes away! The location is 15-20 minutes from other larger towns including the airport. Close by there isn’t much but a Starbucks.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The views were stunning, we saw a lot of sea creatures from the balcony, the AC worked great, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was a great, central location for all of the must-see Maui locations!

Overall had a great vacay at this condo. The location was perfect for us as centrally located and easy to get to different parts of the island. It is a very quiet area and beautiful quiet beach within minutes walk. We enjoyed eatching the ehales and turtles from the deck each morning and evening which was a nice feature. The condo served its purpose while a few small items could have been checked prior to pur visit such as making sure drains were working but the management werw quick to repolspond and addesss.

Condo needs repairs and updating

There were many issues wrong with the general upkeep such as broken couch bed, sliding door needs repair to track as it was extremely hard to open, virtually no storage in the master bedroom and bed listed in amenities as a king and it was a queen. Maui rental agency did actively work to fix issues and gave me a partial refund as my daughter had to sleep on an inflatable bed.her whole stay except one night. I believe that the rental people should do an occasional inspection of these properties. They did change the amenities list to queen bed. The final recommendation would be to put a dresser with drawers in the master instead of 2 tables pushed together with triangle shaped openings in the front. My husband had to put his open suitcase under the bed because there was inadequate storage.

Overpriced

The pictures are deceiving. The building is very rundown. The elevator is over a year expired on being serviced. The patio door is loud and very hard to open/ broken track, we had grandma with us and had to open it for her it was so hard.You cant have food unless its in the fridge because they have a infestation of ants and they are bad if there's any food. Alot of the dishes we pulled out of drawers and knife block were put away with food stuck to them. Water pressure is terrible making it hard to remove sand from your hair. Pool /beach access closes at 9pm. Overpriced. mediocre and not worth what we paid. There are tons of homeless living on the road right behind the parking lot and the parking lot smells like sewer everytime you go to your vehicles.great view from patio and saw turtles on beach. Beds were clean and comfortable. thatclose m

Amazing location and property

We had an amazing stay in this property. Perfectly located and a lovely place - would love to return. We watched the turtles and spent several days at the beach at the end of the road. Shops and restaurants within walkable distance.

Overall stay was ok

Our room we reserved was updated as best as could be but the overall property is dated. The hallways are dark and elevator was dated. Maalaea seems to be the most windy part of the island so be ready for the wind. There is only 1 AC in the condo which is in the living area. The back bedroom can get warm, so you need to sleep with the windows open. With the wind and noise from the outside, might make it hard to sleep at night.

Great ocean front condo

The condo presented exactly like the pictures. I love Maalaea because it's quiet, on the bay and really centrally located. We treated our son and nephew for their high school senior trip. They lived the lift room and having their own bathroom, the views, breakfast on the lanai and Maui never disappoints. It's walking distance to sugar beach, the aquarium, the harbor and a few shops and restaurants. Great spot!

Très belle vue

Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter l’île et la vue est incroyable. L’équipement est incomplet ( vaisselle, fer à repasser, grille pain cassé). Si vous avez besoin du manager il vous répondra vite mais ne résoudra pas vos demandes, dommage ☹️

The View is Unreal!

My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 5 nights in March. The previous time we visited Maui, we stayed in Wailea, and found the location of this condo to be preferable due to its easy access to Kahului, Kaanapali, Kihei, and Kapalua. It was also very easy to get in and out of and parking was a breeze. We appreciated having two separate bathrooms and sleeping areas so that we could both have our privacy. Waking up to the amazing view was such a great way to start the day. Every day, we saw breaching humpback whales and sea turtles from the lanai. In fact, we took a whale watching tour and felt as though our view of the whales from our lanai was better! The kitchen was well stocked, which allowed us to save some money by cooking some of our meals and eating leftovers. The only drawbacks, which were small, were the noise from others walking past the window of the back bedroom which is located right off of the main walkway when you get off the elevator. And although there were window screens on the windows, when we opened up the windows to take advantage of the breeze and not have to use the AC, huge moths made their way into the condo. These were definitely not deal-breakers for us and we found ways to work around them. We would stay here again when visiting Maui.

Amazing ocean views

This property was just as pictured on Vrbo. It was a beautiful spot to wake up in the morning and watch the whales breaching while enjoying a coffee on the deck. It was a quiet resort which was nice to come home to after a busy day out exploring the island. We found the pool area to be challenging for our 3 young children (10, 7 & 4) to fully enjoy in the way their age category likes to play in a pool as the property managers were very quick to tell them to not jump, splash, be loud or play any games in the pool (eg “Marco Polo”) on several occasions. It just felt very unrealistic, unfriendly and not very welcoming. The small sandy beach with rocky water access right in front of the property made for easy access to snorkelling (seeing lots of turtles!), paddle boarding and kayaking. Other than the property managements “passive aggressive” nature, we really enjoyed our vacation at this location.

Vacation of a lifetime

We have never been to Hawaii before. This was our first time… and it was amazing! Our stay at this VRBO made it very easy and accommodating. It was well decorated and updated with the most wonderful views. I woke up early everyday before my family and sat on the baloney and watched for whales. It was my favorite part of the day! We spent most of our days over in Kihei with our friends, which was only a 12 minute drive. The neighborhood is welcoming and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Family 14 day stay!

Honestly really wonderful. Some things we loved: - The modern updates. - The View - The Sea Turtles - The Pool - No bugs - Great communication! Some things we didn’t love: - That the dryer took hours upon hours to dry and MAYBE your clothes were dry. - No storage for suit cases. - Although having the air conditioner was nice, it was very loud and condo still felt warm! Overall 10/10 would stay again!

Condo With Amazing Views

The check-in process was easy and the condo was cooled on our arrival, which was much appreciated. The views from the condo were spectacular! We got to watch sea turtles swim in front of the condo and come up on the beach every night to sleep…..so cool! There were about 13 that did this every night and from what I understand, they have done so for 5 years. The condo was clean and appreciated that it was stocked with all of the essentials until we could go to the store. We had one issue with a toliet leaking and I called the management company and it was taken care of same day. Kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary kitchen supplies needed to cook meals. There is a grill outside that you can use as well. The pool and hot tube were great after a day of excursions. The only thing that would have made it better is a couple of more large box fans to help keep you comfortable while you sleep. There is one in the master and a small one upstairs. This place was amazing and we could not recommend it more!
