    ▪️ The studio does not have a separate bedroom or private living room.
    ▪️ The two twin beds are European-style bunk wall beds that fold into the wall.
    ▪️ The bathroom includes a shower only and does not have a bathtub.
    ▪️ The micro-kitchenette includes a two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, blender, and drip coffee maker.
    ▪️ The unit includes a TV with four complimentary premium streaming services.
    ▪️ The unit has window air conditioning. It does not have a ceiling fan.
    ▪️ There is no balcony or private outdoor area connected to the unit.
    ▪️ There are no self-service laundry facilities inside the unit or building.
    ▪️ Full cleaning, linen replacement, and personal laundry service are available for an additional $75.
    ▪️ Security cameras are located around the building’s exterior and in two hallways leading toward the units. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit or private guest space.

What a wonderful property and host. My family and friends I were traveling to Maui. We planned to stay in several different spots and needed of a block of rooms at a reasonable rate in several different places. This Central location provided everything we needed. The Wailuku building is located 10 minutes from the Maui airport – a great option for travelers after a long plane ride from the mainland. Yonegan was able to schedule multiple rooms for myself and my family at a reasonable rate, with only a month to go before travel. This allowed everyone to stay together. The Yonegan team was friendly, fast and detail oriented. The units were clean and safe. We liked having the option of using a key or a code. The self-check-in and checkout process gave us even more options. Upon booking we received a confirmation email and a welcome with house rules. We were supposed to receive a check in message at check-in time, however, our rooms were ready early, allowing us to check in well before 4 p.m. The units were small, but thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The hot water was plentiful and had a strong stream. We loved the free WIFI plus Netflix for us and Disney+ for the kids. Oh, and the air conditioning was a dream! We have planned a second leg staying with Yonegan coming back from a trip to Lahaina, and then off to Haiku and then Hana. Thank you so much!
