A golfer's paradise as the property sits right on holes 3 and 4 at Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. This property offers dual suites, central air-conditioning, spacious lanai with a wet bar, lounge seating, and alfresco dining.Upon entry, you are welcomed by a large open layout of the living area, dining room, and kitchen. There is a half bath towards the entrance next to the washer and dryer, so very convenient. Enjoy the openness of the living area that has a sleeper sofa and plenty of seating. Watch your favorite show and enjoy the central AC.The kitchen has all the gadgets any home chief needs and bar seating to keep your chief company. Dine inside at the dining room table or opt for outside dining.This home has two en- suites that offer privacy and comfort. The guest suite offers a king bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a toilet room and walk-in shower. Enjoy being able to access the lanai from your room.The primary suite has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A large closet as well as a chested drawer. Enjoy your ocean view and private lanai access.Sit out and watch the palm trees sway from the lanai and listen to the birds chirp. Tres grand appartement dans une residence securisée avec vue sur le golf et le coucher de soleil. Appartement tres grand et en excellente condition. Tout équipé, l equipe a pensé à tout. Nous reviendrons sans hesitation!

Marvelous

Beautiful property; very calming and peaceful. I could successfully work remotely and yet experience the recharging I needed. Calming Hawaiian music was set up for me when I checked in, where I kept it throughout my stay. The lanai or balcony looking over the golf course with the Nene and birds, just serene and calming.

Waikoloa Village experience

This is the first time for us to stay in the Waikoloa area and was not too familiar with the Village area. The drive from the resorts is 6 miles up the road hill which when driving the road everyday back down to the beach sometimes felt bothersome. Once in the village there is a grocery store and a few new businesses (e.g. - coffee, Chinese food, pizza, etc). Waikoloa Fairways is at the end of road with a security gate next to a golf course. Condo A208 is really nice with a great view. Our only complaint is as many others have said the blinds need attention (e.g.-blinds beside the microwave/oven are a hazard). Also the kitchen counter is tile with grout so hard to keep clean and it seems like they tried to “repair” some chipped tile using clear silicone caulking that feels sticky. The property is quiet. It is across from the pool but for the 3 weeks we were here only saw people in the pool a handful of times. Property management company this unit uses was very response and helpful.

Great Stay, Some Suggestions

My wife and I loved our stay. However, some suggestions. We stayed for a month, but there was only approximately one week of toilet paper, so we had to supplement by buying enough for the remaining three weeks. Other issues: missing pneumatic door closer on screen door, one lamp in master bedroom had defective switch, and door to condo sometimes required multiple tries before it opened (even with light indicating correct code was entered)

The property was very clean and spacious. The blinds need to be updated, some in the Guest room would not open. The beach umbrella and chairs should also be replaced. Otherwise, very nice place to stay!

Beautiful view on golf course

Nice, quiet complex. Pool area bigger and nicer than pics. Hardly anyone uses it. Bedroom closest to kitchen needs mattress replaced. Carpet was very new. Unit very dated but in good shape.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely loved our stay here. The view from every room was breathtaking. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and we’re perfectly located to the beach, shopping and dining. We would 100% stay here again!
