Está al otro lado de la calle del mundialmente famoso Hilton Waikoloa y también está cerca de Mauni Lani Resort y Fairmont Orchid Resort. ¡El Vista Waikoloa es un GEM en el pueblo de Waikoloa! El condominio en sí es espacioso y bien equipado. Ofrece espectaculares vistas del campo de golf y las montañas. Está en una ubicación tranquila y privada.

    El complejo está ubicado alrededor de la hermosa playa de arena blanca en forma de media luna de la bahía de Anaehoomalu. Muchos deportes acuáticos disponibles en esta magnífica playa. Condo was very nice, the owner was quick to respond to our requests. Our only issue was having to pay for a/c and then having to keep it at 75 degrees and needing to turn it off when we were not in the condo.

Great location

The condo is located at the heart of Waikoloa. Easy walk or short drive to restaurants, market, malls and beach. The condo suited my family very well. Would stay there again.

A Hidden Paradise

This was an amazing stay. If you want peace and tranquility this is it. A beautiful, quiet and amazing comfortable suite. Thank-you Dennis for an amazing experience.

Great location

Place is located comfortably close to the Hilton resort, the markets, and Waikoloa Beach. Aside from a minor light fixture issue and rather dirty floors, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful and spacious place. Well stocked kitchen. Lawn chairs/umbrella/boogie boards included with place. Ten minute walk from King's and Queen's. Corner unit - with large wrap around lanai. Friendly and helpful owner who communicated and checked in frequently - offered local suggestions. Cost of AC not included in daily rental and can be added for a daily fee. Suggest getting it spring/summer months since it was humid at night. All around - will stay again if visiting in the future.

Family vacation and celebration

We had the best stay at Shawn’s place. Even though it’s an older place it was beautiful and clean. Even my grandmother would have approved. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Shawn also gave us some great pointers on places to visit including the Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner. Thanks again!!

Ideal location

Great condo in Waikoloa Village. Private, gated community. Walking distance to the beach, King’s Marketplace and other nearby shopping centers. Shawn is a great host. Easily accessible and get back to you with any questions or concerns; No negative aspects of our stay. Give Shawn a shout!

Here for Ironman 70.3

Had a great time visiting this part of the Island and watching our son participate in the half Ironman. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay, and we were rarely inside to take advantage of amenities.The only initial confusion was our assumption that the second bedroom was also a king bed based on photos. The owner’ son was great at communicating and helping with any issues even while out of the country. This is a great condo for families with children!

Amazing Stay and Highly Recommended

Great property. We loved the quite corner location overlooking the golf course and Mauna Kea Mountain. The floor plan was really nice and the unit was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked it had everything we needed. We also loved the location we never ended up using our car as we love to walk and walked to everything. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Finally the owner host was always responsive and easy to work with. We will be BACK!

Excellent rental unit!

We selected this property after reviewing the location, rates, amenities, and photos of this and other properties. We were completely satisfied with our decision as everything was to our expectation. We were fortunate to have had the perfect weather and access to the pool, shopping complex and restaurants located within walking distance. What made our stay more enjoyable was the property owners hospitality. They were easy to work with and were quick to respond when we contacted them. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit when in Waikoloa. Mahalo Shawn!

Wonderful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place. This location is perfect - there is so much to do in and around Waikoloa. We could walk to nearby restaurants (Tropics Tap House is within walking distance and has great food & drinks), several resorts (day pass at the Hilton is highly recommended as if the Luau at the Marriott), shopping and groceries. This clean and quiet condo has all the amenities that made for a comfortable stay. We all enjoyed the pool and eating on the lanai. Dennis made sure that we were able to get into the place when we arrived, which was a nice touch (his directions were clear and we had no problems getting in). Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing vacation on the Big Island.

Beautiful property in great location

We enjoyed 12 nights at this property which is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants/clubs. The property is beautifully appointed with views of the golf course and walking paths. We used the pool area area a lot.

Great unit, great complex, amazing location awesome host.

Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Check in and check out were super easy. We barely needed a rental car. Everything is a 10 minute walk. Beach, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Rented paddle boards kayaks cabanas at the beach. Unit had umbrella, beach chairs body boards and a cooler. Nice breezes keep the air fresh overnight. Couldn’t really ask for more.

We'll keep coming back.

We love the Vista Waikoloa. The property is beautiful, convenient and quiet. The unit we stayed in was well equipped, nice finished and good appliances. We definitely plan on staying again. This was our3rd stay at Vista Waikoloa.

Gorgeous Waikoloa Beach Retreat

Dennis's condo has a great location, and the unit has wonderful amenities. Dennis was very responsive, and address all of our questions and needs. We'll be back with Dennis in our return visits.
