Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved everything about this condo and it was very comfortable. I’ve already reviewed this once and the only thing I would suggest, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, is that the complex heat the pool. I also loved that there were two recliners in the living room! Kitchen was well stocked. The Ahualoa chocolate Mac nuts prompted me to go to the store in Honoka’a and get some to bring home even though I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any on this trip. That was a GREAT treat to leave in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the location, access to the pool, beach supplies and shops close by. Communication with management was awesome. The only wish is to have a little more back stock on things such as paper towels, bathroom toiletries (ran out on day 2/13). We also noticed what looked like mold on the vent on the ceiling.

Great property in amazing location

Not too far from Kona airport. Well kept landscaping and pool area. Clean and neat rooms. We had minor problems with downstairs bedroom ceiling fan. It was fixed in timely manner. Friendly and communicative staff members. Quite and eye pleasing community. We would definitely come back here again. I would suggest to clean AC vents in living room as it accumulated some dust. Maybe to update bath and beach towels.

Waikoloa Spring break fun in the sun!

Everything was very good and we had a good stay in your lovely spot. The only trouble was the pool that was closed for maintenance for 3 days which wasn’t super considering the heat and warm, sunny days.Otherwise, we enjoyed the surrounding beaches, the volcanos and lava tubes and exploring Hilo!

Wonderful unit

We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home.

Great property with pool and amenities nearby. We had a great trip! Good launching spot to explore the island. Very comfortable condo. Only thing we’d have different is the flooring in the unit. Many cracked and broken floor tiles and fortunate no one cut their toes.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen/beach supplies are well stocked. The living room furniture has been updated since the photos were taken, too. The only thing that proved to be a bit of a pain for us was having two cars and only one parking spot. The listing doesn’t explain that there are other spots to park within the resort area but they fill up every day, so it became a daily stress for us trying to search for limited parking whenever we used our second vehicle, and sometimes wouldn’t find any. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and good communication with email messages. It actually had a few kitchen supplies, coffee filters, salt, pepper, spices. I had asked about these things ahead of time and was told none of these would be available, so I got before checking in. Would have been nice if I had been given correct answer. Also very cheap, one ply toilet paper. Those are my only issues. It was nice

The area is nice and well maintained. The condo was clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. About what I expected for an area like Waikoloa. However, SEE BELOW 1. the garage is not accessible to renters and was locked but does show in the virtual tour for use. We intended to use the garage for our dive gear. Although it states 1 reserved parking spot it DOES NOT state the garage is off limits. If you have 2 cars this would not be a good rental for you. 2. I booked through VRBO and when I submitted it instantly kicked me out and Vacasa popped up stating I was confirmed. This is confusing and could be more clear about the entitiy you are booking through. 3. The beach umbrella was missing from the beach items in closet.

Waikoloa Colony Villa

We enjoyed our weeklong stay as four adults participating in the Lavaman triathlon. The location was perfect, very convenient to the event and close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. We loved the pool area. The condo was clean and well appointed throughout with plenty of beach gear, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. The property manager was always responsive and check-in and check-out were seamless. It was inconvenient to only have one assigned parking space. Our 2-bedroom condo slept four people so we had two couples, each with our own car. We scrambled every day to find a parking space for the second vehicle. On this issue, the property manager was responsive but not helpful. They suggested we use Google Park to find parking spaces outside the resort area. Some of the furnishings were not as shown on the listing. Furniture in the living area, especially the couch, needs to be replaced and updated. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could also use remodeling as some tiles were cracked and the tub and showers were old style. There was maintenance on the irrigation system on the grounds so the grass was torn up, areas roped off, pool closed, workers present, etc. Although we realize that maintenance needs to happen, the communication was “after the fact.” We probably would not have chosen this unit had we known about the construction. There was trash and detritus in our yard every day. It did negatively affect the overall ambience of the setting. I think this should have been communicated at the time of booking.

Great condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated and up-to-date. It was very clean. The kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities of a home away from home. Some surprise bonuses that came in handy were various sized ice coolers, beach chairs, 2 sets of golf clubs, multiple boogie boards and snorkel gear. We didn't take advantage of all of it but it was nice to have it available. The management staff was locally available, which was much appreciated. I've stayed at places where this was not the case and communicating to someone in a different time zone is challenging. So I appreciate having someone available to address concerns promptly. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Waikaloa.

Big Island getaway.

Very nice 2 bedroom condo for a family. We enjoyed the space a lot and great shared amenities to get outside and enjoy some beaches and activities outdoors. A short Drive to beaches but a walk to golf.

Perfect stay

We could not have asked for more from the property. The location is ideal. Near the beat beaches, shops are a 2 min drive. West coast towns are under half hours drive. The property is kept clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay again.

Family stay in Waikola

Our family of four stayed at this property in Waikola. The property management provided excellent and prompt service. We had difficulty finding the place (don't follow the directions they give you) and the freezer didn't work but they were very quick to respond. This place wasn't our style and thus we wouldn't stay here again but it was very spacious, comfy and located in a golf course community. Easy access to the nearby beaches. It was clean and roomy with air conditioning. The sunset views are lovely. Kitchen was well stocked but there were no extras (condiments, sugar, coffee, etc). I think this would be a great place if you had small kiddos and wanted to be a in a gated community.

Great property in Waikoloa

Overall this is one of the best places in waikoloa for the price. Clean, updated amenities. Steps to the pool and grills. Nice views from the patio. Only thing was the freezer needs fixing or replacing. Ice maker not working, ice doesn’t really freeze. Overall, great experience. Would stay again
