This beautiful villa sits inside Waikoloa Beach Villas on the third floor right across from The Waikoloa Queen shops and King shops. Shopping and dining are within walking distance, sunsets from the balcony and the privacy of the third floor gives you the ultimate Hawaiian vacation. Anaeho'omalu Bay is in the resort to provide you the Ocean experience you are looking for from Stand up paddling, surfing, swimming and great snorkeling right in the Resort to give that quick access to the beach and back to your comfortable villa. Two bedroom, two bathroom villa, sleeping 4 guests comfortably with a king size in the master suite and a queen in the guest suite. Our lanai offers a outdoor kitchen, built in BBQ with dining and a comfy sofa to lounge or read your favorite novel. Air conditioning keeps the villa cool with ceiling fans in each room. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the villa, the kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to enjoy with a built in wine cooler, oversized refrigerator and a induction cook top range. We are excited to have our guests enjoy this beautiful Hawaiian Penthouse. New beds, linens, all new 55 Inch Smart TV’s in each room and a new central air conditioner. Waikaloa is a great location if you're looking for good accommodations and food options, and ready access to some of the best features on the island. Island. This property is very nice, as advertised, the pictures are fair and accurate, the upstairs location gives it light and air that other units in the same complex. Don't enjoy, and it's well set up.. Communication with the manager was fine and helpful.

This property is definitely an amazing place to stay. We stayed on the very top floor. (3 floors) and we had a great time. Very close to the Waikoloa a Shops easy to just walk there and back to the condo. There were two pools sort of similar and they were nice to relax and enjoy.

Amy’s condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the Queens marketplace and King shops. Access to the Hilton pool was a bonus. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Amy's condo was everything we could have wanted-very convenient to Kona Airport & in bustling Waikoloa with multiple shopping, beach options & restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, had all the items you need & the BBQ on the deck was so nice-we loved having morning coffee out there watching the golfers. The pools were great & we hot tubbed several times. She provided beach gear & coolers in the garage-what a convenience. We found a pickleball club down in Kona, walked to Anaeho'omalua Bay for sunsets, went ziplining at the Umauma Experience & hiked the Kilauea Iki trail at Volcano National Park. We also did the challenging hike to the Captain Cook Monument & saw there was great snorkeling at the end in Kealakekua Bay. We absolutely loved our stay at this top-floor condo & we'll be as soon as possible! Thanks Amy!

Stay was fine, however there were a few issues. We were given a warning ticket for not parking our van in the garage. There were no instructions to do so in the unit. When we opened garage man door it was clear there would be no room for a vehicle our size. Also button to open garage door didn’t work. I had to call management and explain the issue to avoid being fined. The other issue was the WiFi. The sign in information given in the text sent to me did not work.

The property was the perfect location for our golf club 4 day tournament. Easy access to the great courses as well as walkable market, theater and places to dine in the Waikoloa area. This unit was ready ahead of our scheduled check in time and provided all the comforts of home. Amy was so easy to communicate with. Made use of the pool privileges at the Hilton and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this property and the rate was unbeatable. The property was spacious and clean, with beautiful views overlooking the golf course from the lanai. We took advantage of the Hilton pool pass and validated parking. It is a short walk to Starbucks and the Queen's marketplace, and there are also great trails and walking paths for morning or evening walks. We hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed starting and ending our day on the lani with the great view. The grill is AMAZING! Love that shopping is across the street and A bay is walkable too. Love this location!

We stayed for 3 weeks January to February. Great location, nicely furnished & clean, & fully equipped. Fabulous lanai on 3rd floor with propane barbeque & lots of room to relax overlooking fairway. Great penthouse! Quiet surroundings with golf course view. Loved proximity to shops, food, walking trails, and pools! Condo was comfortable, lots of space for the family, air conditioning a bonus & the beach stuff was great that the host supplied. Loved the area! Would book here again!! Amy is a great host. We come to Kona often to scuba dive and enjoy Hawaii. This location gives us convenient access to the Queen K highway, the Queens Marketplace and the water down by the Marriott. The villa is spacious and very quiet with a peaceful view of the golf course. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We love the BBQ for a quick late night meal following our usual Friday night Manta dive! We will be back!
