The pool area could be open a little bit longer at night and the village could use fast food restaurants near by and maybe another Walmart closest store is 30-40 min drive away its was absolutely beautiful overall !!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything you needed and more from pots, pans to beach chairs, pool toys, towels and buggie boards. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the actual condo but the pool on site was a no jump pool and we have 3 young kids.

Fantastic location. Well-equipped condo with all the kitchen gadgets, beach gear, and everything we could need. Very responsive management team who took care of any requests we had without hesitation. Well-maintained grounds and a nice quiet spot. Would stay here again!

Outstanding location

Property was as advertised and an excellent location for our family to get together for a winter holiday. Very peaceful, outstanding grounds, outstanding pool area for all ages, good little eating area with excellent refreshments, and the top it off the views never get old with sunsets/whale watching.

Beautiful

Awesome location close to beaches. This condo has a golf course view and a peekaboo ocean view. The garage has boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand toys, coolers, chairs etc. to make beach visits even better. Our only complaints would be that the WiFi didn’t work and the beds aren’t super comfy but still a 10/10.

Hali’i Kai is a great property for young families. We have rented many properties here over the years. This unit was definitely the worst. The washing machine sounded like a jet engine on all spin cycles. Same with the garbage disposal. If you have young children sleeping, do not use either one! It is well stocked with spices. Also the shelves in the door of the refrigerator are all missing. Not a lot of room without them. Foam pillow tops on the mattresses are very hot and sweaty. Fortunately, you spend most of your time enjoying the pool and outside areas.

Halii Kai retreat

very nice stay at Halii Kai condo, our third stay. I enjoy the ground floor units and great view of the ocean. Very nice furnishings with just a little wear. Despite nice gesture of coffee for next day, no filters so not usable. Managing group needs to be checking the condo. Second bathroom shower not functional as only half of water diverted to shower head. Master was fine but for those needing both showers this would be a problem. Icemaker did not work and despite replying about the problem to a text sent our first full day, no repair person arrived until our 5th full day and part was needed. Problem certainly existed prior to our arrival as no ice was in the freezer, so perhaps better management of the unit would have uncovered this problem. Still would rent this unit but management needs to be checking the unit regularly to make sure everything is in working order
