Your stay includes exclusive access to the Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass for 2026 and special golf discounts at Waikoloa Kings Club, plus complimentary beach essentials like chairs, boards, and umbrella to maximize your island adventure. Enjoy resort amenities including a communal pool, hot tub, fitness center, and free WiFi, all while being steps away from world-class snorkeling, dining, and shopping. This is your gateway to an unforgettable Hawaiian vacation combining luxury accommodations with endless island activities. Waikoloa Fairway Villas D4 is located on the first floor of the D Building.

    Primary Bedroom: King Bed
    Guest Bedroom : Queen Bed
    Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed

    HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

    GOLF BENEFITS: Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
    Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.
    Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building D is scheduled for September 16-October 18, 2027. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
    PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.  
    HOT TUB: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
    NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
    PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
    BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
    "START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Fairway Villas Stay

Overall great place. The location of the condo was within walking distance to kings/queens marketplaces and the Hilton resort for the pool pass (slightly longer walk). The place was clean and the check in process was smooth.

Great place

Beautiful morning views of Mauna Kea while you sip your coffee! Close to the Hilton Pool which was great. Pool and hot tub gorgeous. Very clean.

The property manager was great and helped us resolve a noise issue with the adjacent unit. The condo was a bit dated but well provisioned. The community pool was amazing! We preferred the community pool over the Hilton pools!

Nice reasonably priced resort location

Nice stay. The property is a bit old but well maintained and is very reasonably priced. Kitchen was well equipped - we cooked through our stay and found everything that was needed. Hilton pass and club infinity pool are really good for family with kids. Beach equipment is really useful. Location is within walking distance to A bay, Hilton resort and shopping mall.

Special times

My daughter, son-in-law, 10 year old grandson and myself had a great time. We spent time on A Bay, at Hāpuna Beach, at the infinity pool, but the highlight was access to the Hilton pools. What a plus especially for our grandson! The unit itself was well equipped and everything we’ve come to expect from the many stays we’ve had at Fairway Villas. Always our favorite destination.

Great condo and staff

This is a great place to stay in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. We were originally staying at the Waikoloa Fairway Villas, but due to construction going on, our great person (Ann) at Resortica Hawaii, we were offered another option for the same price! We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed having such a great person as Ann to work with! The condo was clean, beautiful area, and we had many birds and even a turkey visit us at our patio. Mahalo to the staff!

Fabulous condo with everything we needed!

My husband and I spent 2 fabulous weeks at this condo. Our daughter and son in law joined us for 1 week and we had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. For a day at the beach there were Tommy Bahamas beach chairs (the best) and an umbrella with a rolling cooler along with the beach towels. The condo is close to shops so quick grocery pick ups were so convenient. The complex borders the golf club and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and highly recommend this condo!

Cozy space

Well stocked. It says not to count on extra supplies but it was filled with Costco items. Dishwashing liquid, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. There was also spray cooking oil, aluminum foil & Saran Wrap. I realize this may not be guaranteed for every rental but we were expecting to buy more supplies, per the listing. Also, the beach gear was the highlight for our group. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers pretty much every day!

Amazing property, amazing rental management

Hawaii Resortica is simply awesome. Prompt communication, very accommodating, helpful. If/when I rent again, will definitely seek their properties for rent. Highly recommend.

Awesome week at Fairways Villas

The condo is great! The location is perfect - just 5 minutes (walking) from lots of shops, restaurants, the Marriott and 8 minutes from the public beach. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and gymnasium. The condo itself is very well-equipped and makes for a comfortable stay. To complete the 5 star experience, it would be nice to have the towels and bedsheets upgraded.

Perfect Big Island Base Camp!

Very impressed with this great property. Perfect location within the resort for walking everywhere and amenities were spot on. Perfect size for 4 adults and access to Waikoloa Hilton is one of the best value adds I've experienced in a long time. Definitely going to consider this property the next time we come to the Big Island! Mahalo!

The Condo was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for two couples. The location is great.

Booking the reservation and communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit D4 in Fairway Villas has the benefit of discounted golf and a pool pass to the Hilton. We used them both and it was an added bonus. Highly recommend this property and we will be coming back.

We kept windows open and did not need the AC but for 2 short times. Mahalo Nui! Great customer service, welcome letter, follow up. If we need a management company ourselves, we would consider you.

Great location & nice condo and amenities

The rental company handling this condo is A+! Timely, effective communication, fixed battery in fire alarm quickly and secured 2 more chairs and boogie boards since we listened to in beep half of the night before finding a stepstool in the morning. All appliances worked as they should and furnishings and decor were nice. The pool and hot tub are great! We are used to medium to firm mattresses and both rooms had extremely firm mattresses. A topper on each would make them more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this well appointed and exceptionally managed condo again! Mahalo, The Millers

Great location and very clean

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The location was excellent, very quiet, close to restaurants and grocery store, the condo was very clean. The Tommy Bahamas chairs and umbrella were great for the beach. Would recommend this condo for anyone staying on the Kona side.
