Shores at Waikoloa 18 is a light-filled two-bedroom condo for four, with tall ceilings, big windows, and the breathing room that makes a beach vacation feel restorative. Take the beach essentials to A-Bay, cool off in the shared pool, soak in the hot tub, or keep dinner simple with the BBQ. Central air conditioning, a full kitchen, cable TV, and an in-home washer and dryer cover the comforts at home. The primary bath has an all-tile shower with two showerheads and a bench. Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops are close for a meal, movie, or supplies. This is a graceful option for two couples or a small family wanting Waikoloa's sunny, unhurried side.



    The Space:

    Lofty ceilings and large windows fill this two-bedroom condo with light and make the golf-course setting part of the room. The lanai is a natural spot for morning coffee, while central air conditioning keeps afternoons comfortable indoors. A modern full kitchen, cable TV, in-home laundry, and a primary all-tile shower with two showerheads and a bench make the space feel considered for four guests.



    Guest Access:

    Guests at Shores at Waikoloa enjoy access to the shared communal pool, hot tub, and fitness gym, plus BBQ grills for easy evenings outdoors. The complex has an elevator for convenient access to units and is set along the golf course with beach access nearby. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



    The Neighborhood:

    Waikoloa Beach Resort sits on the Big Island's sunny Kohala Coast, where black lava fields give way to warm, clear water. Anaehoʻomalu Bay, known locally as A-Bay, is the easy choice for a beach day, sunset stroll, or a paddle on calm water. Kings' Shops and Queens' MarketPlace keep dining, groceries, and browsing close, while petroglyph trails and coastal golf add a distinctly Big Island backdrop. It is an easygoing base for families, couples, and friends who want beach days without a complicated plan.



    Getting Around:

    Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The golf course view was stunning — peaceful in the mornings and beautiful throughout the day. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet still very walkable to shops, dining, and the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing.Inside, the condo was spotless with beautiful décor that felt both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for meals at home, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was the perfect home base for our Hawaii trip — calm, convenient, and thoughtfully put together. We would happily stay here again!

Thanksgiving trip

We loved this condo. It was quiet and clean and easy to get to everything. The property manager was exceptional to work with and we are overall very pleased with our stay.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at the Waikoloa Shores villa. The layout was perfect for two couples! The location of the unit is also perfect in that we walked across the street to use the pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. The lanai was wonderful after a fun day of golf for relaxing, dining and playing cards….great stay!

Great for a working vacation

Very spacious townhome in a perfect location. Wonderful lanai for sunsets and sunrises, home office setup worked out perfect for teleworking during vacation. Walking distance to food shopping and Hilton Grand. This place had it all! Big kitchen and grill area came in handy for a few family dinner nights and the bathrooms are large and very posh. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place with everything you need. There are a few steps; nothing too crazy. If we come back to Waikoloa we would stay here again.

Couple days at Waikoloa

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious and well maintained condo. A lot of nice little touches to make our stay very comfortable and the management was very helpful and regularly in touch to make sure things were going well. The property is conveniently located, with a short drive to plenty of shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the shore. Very satisfied!

Love The Shores!!

Property was just as advertised and in n a great location in the complex, across from the pool and BBQs. With 2 master suites at opposite ends of the unit, it was perfect for two couples to share. Condo had everything we needed and quickly felt like home. Beautiful lanai and great sunsets every night.

Wonderful location and property. Excellent views from living room and 2nd story corner lanai. More spacious interior than pictures convey.Well stocked with comforts of home. Quiet setting, yet easy walks to nearby fun! Enjoyed every minute!! Looking forward to another long stay at this condo.

Nice condo layout, beautiful view of the golf course and sunsets. Small issues with functionality of the dishwasher, toilets running and very difficult sliding door. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great Getaway for Couples

The floor plan of this condo with two master bedrooms is ideal for two couples. The lanai is huge and is perfect for dining and lounging outdoors - perfect for watching sunsets. Communication with the property management company was great, and they were very responsive to any issues we had.

Fabulous condo; great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with our adult son. It is close to the pool, spa and bbq, yet feels very private. We used the kitchen a lot. All the appliances work, but the oven LED readout no longer works. Overall, we were very happy with the place.
