"Small, very clean room with everything we needed to be comfortable. Staff very helpful. Heat/AC was tricky to get going. All in all, 5 ***** "

But the biggest issue was the room beside mine had people cooking in it. The food smell was so overwhelming it made it impossible to sleep. There was no rooms available to change to."

"Staff stuck me in toom 102 right next to heavy loud slamming external door. When i registered, they said nothing else available so i spent 2 days hearing slamming door every 20 minutes which is why I wont ever stay there again despite over a dozen visits in the past. There were rooms available but they decided to punish me for checking in 30 minutes early!"

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here...
