First was assigned the wrong room which they corrected, then they assured me of a refund and checked me out early due to an emergency then did not approve the refund through Expedia as was promised. "Zum einen war bei unserer Ankunft keine Reservation vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren ok, Badezimmer grenzwertig. Die santitären Anlagen beim Pool eine Katastrophe. Frühstück leider nur mittelmässig. Der Kaffe war aber gut. Leider war auch das Essen am Abend nur Mittelmäßig, der Weisswein warm, obwohl ..."
