Enjoy your own space while traveling, don’t be cramped in a small hotel room!

Remodel just completed! Be one of the first guests to enjoy our new two bedroom, one bath unit.

All new: carpet, couches, beds, bedding, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and beautiful refinished hardwood floors.

House has an eat in kitchen bar and a dining room table. Enjoy Cable TV on the new flat screen television in the living room and both bedrooms. We also have WiFi internet for your convenience.

The bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor. The bathroom has a new combined tub/shower and new ceramic tile surround. We also have a washer and dryer for your use.

We provide soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen tools, an ironing board & iron, and all the other basic items you will need to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Very pleased with this property as well as the owner. The house was in close proximity to a main street with cafés and boutiques. The house was clean when we arrived with all necessities provided. Communication was great, and if I travel through this area again, I will definitely book.

We were very pleased with this house! Great location, less than a quarter mile from our strongman competition which was nice to be able to run “home” between events of a long day! Very clean!! Stocked with what you need for a short getaway!

Unit is well kept. Comes with everything you would need. Owner is very nice and responsive. Unit is older and you can tell. It was nice to sit on the front porch and watch the traffic. I did think it was a single family unit, so I was a bit surprised when I pulled in the front driveway to see it was not. There are either two or three units attached (could not tell if the back was a 3rd unit or the back of the 2nd unit in the front.) Beds are all twin pushed together to make a king. We had to sleep sideways in the bed to avoid falling in the center of bed and getting stuck.

Ideal location for our needs

We were running out of room in our Wadsworth home to house all of our guests for Thanksgiving so we rented this house. It was perfect for them. It is near a lot of good places to eat so they could grab breakfast at their leisure and then come to our house when they were ready. All who stayed there liked their stay. It also cut down the bathroom loading at our Wadsworth home. There is a nice brewpub downtown that they visited one evening and we joined them.

Comfortable & Clean

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's VRBO in Wadsworth. It is super close to the square. We walked daily to the cafes and bakery. The library was great for my little kids to waste time playing. We will be looking into this property for future trips to Wadsworth to visit family. Thanks again Matt for the great experience!
