This charming and spacious holiday home is conveniently located near The Point at Polzeath Golf and Country Club, making it an ideal retreat for golf enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful getaway.

Offering reverse living, step into this property on the first floor and discover the bright and modern kitchen and dining space, providing everything you need for the perfect self-catering escape. Adjacent is a generously sized living area featuring three comfortable sofas and a warming wood-burning stove, offering a cosy retreat for unwinding. Step through the double French doors onto the expansive south-facing terrace, furnished with plenty of outdoor seating, and soak in the scenic views while basking in the sunlight. Completing the first floor is a handy utility room and cloakroom.

Descend the stairs to the ground floor, where three charming bedrooms await. In the first bedroom, you'll discover a luxurious king-size bed accompanied by its private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom features twin single beds. To enhance comfort and convenience, there's also a family bathroom and a family shower room situated on the ground floor.

As you step outside, you are greeted by a generous garden space, providing ample room for relaxation on warmer days. Equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, this outdoor haven is perfect for indulging in al-fresco dining while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. And don't forget about the pergola - it's a great place to sit and enjoy the shade on a hot day.
