Very welcoming and comfortable place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Little Pound. Flo and David were lovely hosts and very flexible with our requirements. Flo took the time to chat and get to know us but also gave us space and made us feel comfortable. David was the chef and did a good job. We needed to be close to Padstow but not pay silly money, which Little Pound provided. The accommodation was clean, tidy and provided everything we needed for our stay. Would certainly book again if in the area.

Little Pound B&B- Fantastic, Highly recommended!!

A huge thank you to Flo and Dave for making us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely mug of tea made for us before we got settled into our room. The rooms were spotless and contained some lovely little touches. Very spacious with an on-suite, tea making facilities, hair dryer, trouser press, little shower gels and shampoo which were re-stocked every morning. Breakfast in the morning was plenty with a choice of cereal or English Breakfast- compliments to chef Dave! Every morning we had our place set out on the table with a glass of orange juice, pot of tea, toast and some fantastic homemade jam. There is nothing I can fault about the accommodation and I would not hesitate to stay again. The nearest town is a 5 minute drive away, with Newquay about 20 mins, as with Bodmin and Fowey about 30 mins away. I would recommend a meal at The Ship Inn, just a 15 minute walk from Little Pound so taking the car if you want to drink is not necessary, and the food is very reasonably priced and tastes very good. The staff were very pleasant. If you decide to book I urge you to phone Little Pound direct. Another huge thank you to Flo and Dave for making our stay even more perfect.
