When you're ready to ascend the stairs, delight in the high ceilings and plentiful glass that surrounds you, helping you take in the breathtaking scenery over the estuary. The expansive, open-plan living space comes complete with a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining table to gather together and comfy sofas to sink into after your exploration of the Cornish coast. There are also two more bedrooms on this level, a family bathroom with a statement free-standing bath and a handy separate WC.
Outside of the property, you have multiple places to relax and enjoy the good weather, including two balcony areas with decking, a hot tub on the decking area and a large, enclosed lawn, perfect for a game or two together.
